★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexandre Freire is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist at Body Therapy and he is great at his work. Very knowledgeable and professional. I must say I was bit hesitant to try him as I’ve never been to Osteopath before but I was in so much pain. He answered all my questions and took his time to understand my problem and sent me personalized excercise chart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was interrupted and told at the beginning of the session that it's a 30 min session only and we can only cover so much, also the pressure was too light to even feel anything. Also she didn't ask for any specific trigger points during the session. I didn’t feel any better after the message. When I gave 1 star on the survey the guy named Bryan reached out to me and simply said we can give you like 15% discount which is simply a slap on the face in name of customer service. Don’t create the surveys if you’re not going to listen to the customers voice. Waste of time even further. I’m not mentioning any names but other customers complained about the same person in the reviews. Maybe work on training and choosing right people then offering 15% later on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at this clinic! The staff were so nice and the ambiance is super relaxing! Brandy was my massage therapist and the experience was honestly life changing. I have never had such an amazing, relaxing, and therapeutic massage. Brandy uses a combination of different techniques including sensory ones that took the massage to a whole different level. I highly recommend this clinic and Brandy if you want a life changing massage ?

She uses different technics to relieve the pressure and pain. She ensures comfort the entire appointment and takes the time to know your preferences. I Highly recommend this business. Front staff is very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been treated by Alex (osteopath) and Claire (acupuncture therapy) several times now and I feel so grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden gem for (literally) body therapy wellness.
The thorough and personalized treatment I receive has been the most effective and therapeutic I've had.
Alex taps into his vast knowledge and expertise to dig into the cause of your issue and how to remedy it, rather than just addressing the symptom(s) alone. The most recent issue I had him address was my neck seizing up and the restricted movement I had was painful. Alex resolved most of my issue in one session. My partner also sees Alex for Osteopathic care and has found better treatment with Alex than most other health care professionals.
Claire is also an expert in her field and I always look forward to how I feel during and after sessions with her!
I highly recommend seeking treatment here for anyone who experiences pain,.discomfort, or is looking for preventative maintenance.
Best in the city, hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very terrible experience after making a complaint through the receptionist from Brian, the so - called operations manager. He was so uncultured, unprofessional and rude. He lacks everything called customer service. I am not sure he knows his job as an operations manager. My family has been a client at the Creekside for over 3 years if not more. 6 in a family and we do attend at least every 2 months. The guy is aware of the details and he told me off after making the complaints. The receptionist was even far more professional than him the operations manager. It is a terrible experience. I don't think we will ever step in there again.
