★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices... And they help you out! Not something you see at all discount shops. We bought a lot.. I jokingly said there should be bonuses for this much... And the girl at the till followed us outside and gave us product offered by the brewery/ distillery from the places we bought. Now granted, that should have been automatic at the till... But kudos to her for following through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went in at 11am to buy alcohol and the man refused to sell him anything because he asked my husband “are you drunk”? Made him feel very low - never go there again - very bad customer service! Rate this place a negative star!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got there a few minutes before the store was closing, we were aware the store closes at 11. However, the staff showed no patience and told us the store was closing, and we needed to leave in 2 minutes, when we explained to them, they continued with a rude and unwelcoming attitude. We were merely in to pick up a bottle of wine; it wasn't like we plan to stay the whole night. As someone who works in customer service, we try to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even if it requires that we do a little over time. I won't ask you to leave; I'll tell you to take your time.
As a customer, I am very disappointed with the service. Whoever manages this store needs to train its staff on proper customer service and perhaps practice a bit more patience. I understand you don't want to stay there. However, I'm reasonably sure you would not appreciate it if I told you the same.
