★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to see a Podiatrist for proper assessment for orthotics. So first time we went to the Foot Clinic in Hidden Valley NW, although we had a few pairs of orthotics from a Chiropractor before. During first visit we were surprised how cold and rude receptionist was. We thought maybe she had a busy day, so did not take it personally. We got measurement done, but did not get any explanation of what kind of orthotics are available for current condition or what the best choice would be. You think that they would take a few minutes of their time to explain this since they charge $1070 for two pairs. They mentioned we would come for fitting so we thought ok that's when we will get all information. Fitting was done by a nurse who just placed orthotics in shoes and left the office without even asking patient to walk around to see how it feels. Also type of orthotic was chosen already without specific explanation from the doctor or nurse. We did not even see the doctor on second visit. On the second visit receptionist was even more rude. Atmosphere in the entire place felt really depressing. Husband went to a chiropractor in Panorama Physio who was super friendly, took his time to explain all different options and which is best prior to purchase, did very thorough fitting to make sure he was balanced, and charged $200 less for the same type of orthidic. We will never go to Foot Institute in NW for sure.

I highly recommend this office and staff to anyone needing foot/ankle care. Thank you all for a great visit today!
