I have only very positive things to say about my experience working with Kelsey (physiotherapist) after breaking my ankle in multiple locations. Kelsey's expertise and guidance played a large role in the recovery process and getting me walking again. From the thorough initial assessment, to collaboratively setting return-to-functioning goals, to setting up a home exercise program to meet these goals that gradually increased my mobility and strength...it was all so helpful and appreciated. The post-operative recovery process definitely progressed much faster and easier once I began working with Kelsey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Market Mall physiotherapy was excellent. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. I came to work on my shoulder, since I had just dislocated it for the fifth time, and began to feel better after just the first session with Agnes. She is so great at what she does, and works quickly but effectively. I was a bit nervous about the dry needling, but Agnes helped me lay back and relax, and it ended up being a very helpful procedure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for physiotherapy.

Physio Therapist - Enoch listens to my concerns, explains what problem is, demonstrates exercises and then closely supervises as I do exercises. A handout with pictures of exercises specifically for me are given to me at end of session to work on at home. Thank you Enoch!
Also, reception staff also very friendly and helpful! Very nice little Physiotherapy clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my first chiro session with Maddie and she was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and educational. The plan we developed together was very specific to my concerns and the entire assessment was thorough and reassuring. Maddie has a lot of great listening skills and loves to answer questions. She is obviously passionate and really works to ensure her patients are well looked after. I have been back for a follow up session and have received the same level of care. I've been to physio and acupuncture for weeks leading up to this and this is the most improved I've felt. Thank you Maddie!

She really took her time with the initial assessment to understand my chief concern and proceeded with the required treatment in which she was thorough and made sure I was comfortable. I left feeling great, would definitely recommend Kelsey for all your physiotherapy needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!!! Had pain in my wrist and pain in my back and Enoch got both of them back to completely normal within just a few sessions. It was amazing because as soon as I started doing the exercises Enoch showed me, I felt better within a few days. Enoch is very personable and makes his patients feel comfortable especially when they are very nervous. Also had dry needling done and I was very nervous but Enoch helped put my mind at ease and it was a very easy procedure. Front desk staff are also super friendly/helpful in person and on the phone. Thank you for helping me get back to normal!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Market Mall physiotherapy. The clinic is very clean and the front staff was welcoming and fast at checking me in. My treatment with Kelsey was wonderful! She really took her time to understand my neck pain and during the actual treatment she was thorough and always made sure I was comfortable. After the treatment I left feeling great, my neck definitely felt much more relaxed and I got some great stretching exercises from Kelsey as well. Overall, fantastic experience!
