I was able to return October 2020 and they still honoured my package. Been going consistently for the last 7 months working with Amanda Bot and I am more than happy with my results. She is always professional and knowledgeable and relatable.
Many years ago Fresh Laser was one of the only places that I could find who worked on black skin. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get rid of unwanted hair. So thankful that Amanda has been able to relieve me of have uncomfortable ingrown hairs. Can’t say enough good things about Fresh Laser.

She was extremely knowledgeable about her equipment and explained the process thoroughly. The office is pleasant but it’s the staff that make it comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place for hair removal, as I am extremely happy with my results.

I have to say that my laser hair removal has been going amazing and I have now finished my 6th treatment with Amanda! She is amazing, funny, super friendly and such a professional. It’s hard to feel comfortable when you’re getting this done but somehow she does it! Highly recommend her!

I waited to write a review because I had done some hair removal in the past and after 6 months saw very little improvements and ultimately full regrowth. After finishing my treatments for the Brazilian and underarms, I can’t stop raving and telling everyone about this place. I maybe have a few hairs that grow back but it is night and day in comparison to having to shave, what felt like every day. Amanda has been my amazing specialist through it all- she has made me feel comfortable, relaxed, safe, and even laughed. I tell everyone i know about her. She is AMAZING!!

I had my second appointment booked for this afternoon but woke up with a sore throat so decided to keep everyone at FRESH laser safe from COVID and cancel my appointment. Unfortunately, FRESH decided to still charge me a $50 cancellation fee despite my best intentions to keep their staff safe.
