★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This use to be my regular shoppers, but going forward I’ll be driving further out to a different location. Not impressed with how rude the cashier was this morning at giving little to no direction to where I should put my stuff to check out as the slit under the plastic barrier was blocked(other locations don’t have it blocked which seems weird this one does) and just scoff at me the whole time as I was trying my best to get everything out. Didn’t help when I set my basket to the side that she picked it up and tossed it when I was leaving the store. Judging from the other comments about this store, clearly there is a lack of customer service.

The pharmacy staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rose at the pharmacy is always smiling and helpful. The store in general is very clean and well organized, I am happy with the service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting your prescription at this Shoppers requires a lot of patience. Any time I have been there are at least 4 or 5 people on staff yet it takes 40 to 50 minimum to get any prescription refilled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a few year and will probably not be going back. I went in today and was in a bit of a rush. The thing I love about Shoppers is that they have high end makeup for the days I don't have time to go to the mall. I usually just pick up what I want and then go into the other part of the store to buy whatever else I need. Today, after I picked up some makeup remover from Clinique and was about to walk away, the lady at the makeup counter said "Do you want me to keep that at the front for you". I said no because I had other things to buy and did not want to come back to pay as I was in a hurry. She proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to take the makeup into the other part of the store. I know this is not correct as I have done this many times before, and then just paid for it at the counter. I felt that the lady thought I could not afford the item I had chosen and thought I was going to steal it. I ended up buying makeup remover from somewhere else as I did not like that feeling. It was condescending and rude and I do not like to be treated that way. I think it may have been a little racist as well. I have lived in Canada for most of my life and I have never been made to feel so belittled. I will not be back at this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always head and shoulders above any pharmacy or retail store. From the owner, to the pharmacists, cashiers and the inventory stock people, consistently giving 100% customer service and given the tumultuous past two years, that is huge!!
I was unable to physically pick Up a prescription and voila, they deliver. Not only physically but delivery with an awesome smile.
I appreciate Shoppers staff and the lengths to which they go to provide their customers with such a high level of service. Keep up the great work- it is appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location for 10+ years and have always had such a great experience. The pharmacy I still go to this location though I have moved because they have made me feel like family and know who I am each time I go. This is a great shoppers. Thinking we all need to be kind to each other and remember everyone is going through rough times. The demands people get when they are in a store and their expectations that just because someone doesn't look busy to you or that they are in a moment of thought doesn't mean they aren't working something out. They are human and are allowed moments. Thank you guys for what you do and wishing you a great year 2022.
