★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindsay was absolutely fantastic with the selling of our old place, and the buying of our new place. Through and through she was truly professional every step of the way. She was brutally honest with what we should expect on the sale of our house, but that she would do everything that she could to help us get every dollar possible. It was some honesty that my wife and I needed for sure. She was incredible every step of the way, I would absolutely use her again, and highly recommend Lindsay to anyone looking to buy or sell. Especially those in a townhouse or condo as they are a bit of her specialty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindsay was simply an outstanding realtor. We approached her as first-time home buyers from Montreal looking to buy in Calgary. She helped us define what we were looking for in a city we don't know super well, and she coordinated the entire process at a distance and with a two-hour time difference. She was patient and open to all of our (many, many) questions and concerns, providing us with honest, knowledgeable observations that helped us feel more equipped and confident. We truly felt she was genuinely looking out for our best interests, not just to make a sale or for quick client turnover (as has been our experience with realtors in the past). A lot of realtors out there seem to have big egos and trouble taking any kind of feedback. This was never a concern with Lindsay as she stated up front that she values our honesty, communication and relationship with her above all else. She encouraged us to listen to our gut feelings and to be informed about every property - her walk-throughs were eye-opening as she would regularly point out things we had missed. She worked tirelessly to get us showing appointments, and kindly drove us around the city to see up to 6 houses a day because we could only visit in-person for a week. Her responsiveness to emails and calls was impressive, she worked into the evenings for us. Simply put, this hardworking lady ROCKS and hiring her was so invaluable. We'll be working with her again and again if we ever get the chance. Do yourself a favor and stop looking, this is the one. - Richard Mercier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindsay was recommended to me by a work Colleague. He highly recommended her as she worked tirelessly to help him find a home when he was moving all the way from Ontario. She drove him around as at that time he didn't have a vehicle in Alberta.
Lindsay was nothing but hard working when I had the challenge selling my house in the midst of a divorce. My situation was complicated to day the least. She work with myself and my ex in nothing but a professional manner. She was able to sell our house and get the best value we could.
Lindsay was very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and hard working. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a home.
