(not all) I went in as a walk in which I knew meant I would be waiting at least a couple hours as there are regular appointments as well. While there another walk in arrived about 10 minutes after. After waiting just over an hour, that patient got up and asked how much longer, which the same desk clerk went to the nurse and had her take her into the back. I asked how that happens and she said oh they came in before you. I said no. So she said oh then at same time. I said no sorry that's not true. She said oh I dont know then, its okay though. The other front staff called me about half hour after I left to say they could see me now, but I was already gone. They definitely need better people who know how to handle a busy office. It's too bad as I heard the doctors there are great but never had a chance to see them, I ended up going to urgent care as my ear drum was infected.
C	Catherine Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not get my daughter into our family doctors office for a visit but desperately needed to have her sore throat diagnosed and we headed over to this clinic hoping that she could get a throat swab done. We arrived and my daughter was called back within 5 mintutes of checking in and Dr. Mohammed saw her after a brief wait in the examination room. He listened to her complaints regarding her throat, then did an oral exam and a throat swab. He was just super! Very thorough, understanding and was happy to take the time to explain everything. Our family doc had emailed my daughter a lab requisition for a blood test and with the convenience of having a lab onsite, she had the bloodwork done there as well. I am highly recommending this clinic!

I arrived for my appointment 5 mins early, but they did not called for my appointment until 20 minutes after i was supposed to have it. And then i sat in a room in the back for another 19 minutes. No communication of running late, no apology.. To be seen 40 minutes late is not awesome service. The doctor i saw was great! Very understanding, made me feel comfortable, heard and addressed my concerns! 10/10 Room walls - very thin, you can hear what is being discussed: which is not great for confidentiality. Music is wait room: weird sound effects, perhaps ones take on " yoga studio vibes", And then terrible christmas music.
A	AT S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it was difficult to make an appointment with our regular family physician (“apparently too busy”), my wife went to this new walk in clinic. The appointment was a breeze, almost immediate, and she was very impressed with how fast, clean, and courteous they were. She was consulted by Dr. Hatim Elhasumi who examine her very thoroughly and provide her with excellent advice and prescribed the right medication right away. Although this was our first time at this new facility we were so impressed that from now on not only that we’ll use it again but also recommended it to others, including our own family members. We're both elderly and been around quite a bit so in our lives we've seen many doctors in many other Canadienne cities and also in other countries so I believe we have a good idea what a good doctor is.

They've got an in-house lab, making blood work a breeze. I've visited 4 times and each time have been disappointed with the discretion and tact of the reception team. When discussing sensitive topics, I would expect them to lower their voice or bring patients to a confidential room (of which there are many). I have witnessed uncomfortable and private information being shared in the waiting room and have felt my information was public as well. I hope this can be addressed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of their patients.
D	Darren Marx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a new family doctor here and his specialist qualities are what sets him far apart for all the others. Very compassionate and UNDERSTANDING. I have trust issues with doctors that treat me. He listened to me, used his wisdom and told me things I did not know. He also asked me what "direction" I wanted to go in. Rather than be pushed into some inadequate and or frightening treatment I was given a voice. I feel that he truely cares for his patients in a way that most doctors in his field do not. To be restored to fully functional control without fear of losing it. Knowing he will always be there to help, gives me a happy, safe feeling of relief and understanding. The "therapy" he gives through multiple levels is invaluable to me and many others.
