★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been taking our vehicles to Certech for years, always worked out well for us. The service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. It'd be more convenient if they worked weekends, but I guess you can't have everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO THERE: Every time I took my car in for an oil change I came out with needed work ranging between 600-1100 dollars. Lately it was getting kind of ridiculous: they would tell me on the phone that I needed one thing and my bill would state that they did something else. In the last oil change I checked my oil and it looked really dark already. Took my car in for something they said I needed and the battery died the next day. They told me my car was leaking vital fluids, 600 dollars later I still see fluid leaking in my driveway. I'm never going back. I have spent thousands of dollars in the past year and a half. I just wanted to trust them but I finally opened my eyes. I heard the Hawkwood guys are decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Poor Poor. Dishonest and rude.
Told me the winter tyre is damaged after changing the first one and advise to change all my winter tyres. I refused and took car to another reputable place who changed all the tyres and confirmed that all the tyres are fine. Certech charged me $75 for doing nothing and when I called them to complain the response was very very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here for every oil change for almost 7 years, in the past few 2-3 years they would call every time after I dropped off my car to try to add more expenses on. Last year they told me my brake pads were shot and running on the metal. My dad offered to change them for me and he said they weren't even close to being low, probably had 15k still left on them. I even saw it myself how much was left and was fairly upset being lied to. Last year my A/C stopped working but didn't bother to have it diagnosed until the heat wave hit. I took it to my dad's friend who is a mechanic. He said my compressor is shot, likely from work being done on it previously as it's not common for a relatively new car. The only place I've ever taken it for service is certech. Their integrity has clearly disappeared in the past few years and sad to say after going there regularly for convenience and good service. I would not recommend them whatsoever after my experiences.
Edit: received a response from the owner, so this is my reply. Dave, you were the one last year who told me they said my brakes required replacing. It was a flat out lie. I haven't been back since and now I've discovered there could be more complications down the road from bringing my car to your establishment. Please take me off your customer list and stop calling me as I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Ranchlands for years now and I've seen the shop but never used their services. A couple of months ago, all of a sudden, the driver's door of my Tiguan started making weird sounds and I saw that some bolts have come loose. I stopped at the shop without an appointment to see if they can help me. The owner was there and he asked one of the guys to come out and have a look. They tightened my door on the spot and they they didn't even want to take my money. Everyone was kind, and willing to help. I highly recommend this shop for their professional demeanor and the excellent experience, and I know I would be using them if a need arises in the future! Thank you CerTech for the amazing experience!

They're incredibly honest and hard working. Can't say enough about this place. They've been taking care of us for a long time, and saving us money in the long run.
