★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son’s VW Jetta in for a brake inspection. Marty was excellent in providing a clear evaluation of the necessary repairs. The final bill was almost $500 less than another estimate from another business in the Crowfoot area. Only the rear brakes needed replacement rather than front and rear quoted by the other outfit. Their followup after repairs were completed was excellent and I highly recommend Minit-Tune in Crowfoot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in to get a block heater installed and my horn fixed because it does not work. After one hour I was told that my car does not have a block heater, which I already knew, and that they need to look further into why my horn doesn’t work so they need to charge another hour. I was given a quote of $650+ to install the block heater and another $600+ to replace the clock spring. I left my car at the shop for a total of 3.5 hours and ended up paying $350 just for the diagnosis of a clock spring in need of replacement. I called later to voice my frustration of having to spend $350 just for the diagnosis of my horn clock spring needing to be replaced and the feeling of being ripped off but was met with excuses of why the diagnostics took so long. It was pretty easy to see I do not have a block heater, so I don’t understand how it took over my initial hour for professionals to diagnose the faulty clock spring. Safe to say I will not be returning to this shop to have work done on my car.

Good price and above all very nice and experienced employees that know how to deal with customers, surely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an out-of-province vehicle inspection done here. Very good service. The manager, Marty, is very nice. I also went back to have them switch my licence plates for me, as I couldn’t remove them with my own tools, and they didn’t charge me for their time. I’ll definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality work due to mismanagement by Mike Johal. They sell their work at a cheaper price to undercut the competition, expecting the technicians to work harder and cut corners to complete the work on time. The end result is poor quality workmanship on your vehicle and a high likelihood in you making comeback visit to fix the same problem you initially came in for.
Also honesty and integrity is definitely not present in this shop's management strategy.

They always make sure that we fully understand what is going on and I never feel taken advantage of. They always make sure to give us other tips to maintain out car.
