Im switching to a different tire shop after my winter tires are leaking again. I keep bringing them back and they keep saying it's fine this time, yet they leak a couple months later. This is their rinse and repeat process to keep cash flowing. Russ at the front has a bit of an attitude and cant seem to update a customers address, supposedly I gave them a 4 year old address when we updated it. What a joke.

Went in to get my winter tires put on. They had told me on the phone it would take approx 1.5 hours, but when I came in for my appointment they finished in 45 minutes. The guys at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

I was on my way back to Edmonton from Banff when along the way I picked up a nail in my tire. I searched for the nearest tire shop and found a Fountain Tire short off my path home. I pulled in and asked if they could repair it, they mentioned it was busy and I’d have to wait. I told them of the situation and where I was heading. They made an effort to get my vehicle in for repair. Due to the condition of the tire, they were unable to repair it. Russ and Jordan were able to round up a replacement and mounted the tire at a very affordable rate. Your effort and customer service you and your group provided for me were second to none and I truly appreciate what you guys did for me. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend your store to anyone looking for tires or any service your group provides.

I came to change engine oil. Because car service was due, they checked the condition of the vehicle and send me the inspection and recommendations report with the photos of the parts that need to be changed. Their price is reasonable and better than dealer. However, I have to call to check if the car is available to pickup and they did not do the car washing. Other services are great.

I will always take my car to fountain tire in Crowfoot. They are honest and reliable. I never have to worry about getting ripped off or overcharged. I super appreciate having a mechanic that I trust (...they are hard to find!)

They got my tires changed over quickly. They were just as quick when I came back for a re-torque. They also adjusted the tire pressure free of charge. The price was great for decent tires, too. And airmiles...don't forget airmiles ??

I’m very disappointed with the overall service I received at this Fountain Tire location, to say the least. I originally came in to have my alignment checked and adjusted (if needed) on my 2011 BMW 3-series, as I had recently bought brand new and very expensive summer tires for my car, and wanted to ensure they would wear evenly. Their alignment rack measured my alignment to be slightly off (although it turned out later they had entered the incorrect specification for my car, but more on that later). So as the car was already up on the alignment rack, I asked them to go ahead “straighten her out” aka perform an alignment. When I got the keys back, the older technician who did the alignment, and then test drove the car, told me that my car may pull to one side, as my tires “look like cones”. Knowing this couldn’t be true (I regularly swap out my wheels on my own, depending on where I’ll be driving, and inspect the tread each time), I drove my car home, only to realize that the top of my steering wheel was pointing at 11 o’clock. Thinking this may have just been the technician being reluctant to make final adjustments on the tie rods, I rolled my eyes to myself, and adjusted the tie rods myself at home, until the steering wheel was pointed straight again. I soon noticed that the alignment pin on top of one of my struts, and part of my strut tower had been DRILLED out, instead of simply unscrewed. Yes, my car was PERMANENTLY ALTERED, due to the technician being lazy or reluctant to find the proper tool to remove the pin properly, by simply unscrewing it out of its place, as it is made to do. Not only did he DRILL the pin out, instead of simply unscrewing it, he also left all of the metal shards scattered all around the strut tower for me to clean up. At this point, I was LIVID. Not only did I pay $165 only to receive a car whose steering wheel was pointed at 11 o’clock (there’s no excuse for this, especially after test driving the car after the “alignment”), but my car had been PERMANENTLY ALTERED WITH A DRILL, and with metal shards left for me to clean up at home. On top of this I was outright lied to by the technician about the condition of my winter tires, likely to make excuses for work that he knew he did not properly do. At this point I called the shop and talked to the manager, Jordan, who was reasonable to talk to, and who assured me it would be made better, and that he would check to see that my alignment is all in order the very next day, even though their alignments have a “white line guarantee” (what he’s saying the second you drive it out onto a road, there’s no more guarantee on the alignment). So under this logic, apparently they’re allowed to completely botch your alignment, charge you, and there’s zero guarantee that it was done right. Funny. ANYWAYS, some of my confidence in this shop was temporarily restored when he said to bring my car back in and that he would make it right. When they checked my alignment the next day, it was NOT EVEN CLOSE to specification (refer to picture), and it was also discovered that they had pulled up the incorrect alignment specifications for my car. The rear wheels were both pointed to the left side of the car, unbelievable!!! (I never touched rear wheel alignment at home, I want to also make very clear). Jordan, the manager, also mentioned that their alignment rack occasionally “glitches” and measures incorrectly, yet there they are charging unsuspecting customers full price for a service that their machine apparently completely botches sometimes. Who knows how many “alignments” they’ve done on other’s cars. To add salt to my wound, the alignment pin that had been permanently drilled out of my car, it turns out, would not have even needed to be touched if the technician had just bothered to double check that they had the correct specifications in the first place, as the camber was already perfectly within specification....review continued in picture.

Needed a quick repair done and was very short on time before having to hit the road for work. Jordan and his team were able to help me out in a bind quickly, and in the most cost effective and safe way. Would definitely choose them again for future service.
