Worst shop in all of Calgary. Will not stand by their work and will not cover the warranty they promise. Put me out another $2000. Don’t come here and waste your time. I will be following up with amvic

Really poor service! Went in for a resonator delete with an X pipe replacement and two months after, the exhaust was making a rattling noise, the next morning, the sound from the exhaust got a lot worst, so took it into another exhaust shop and it was properly fixed! Poor service and I wouldn’t recommend anybody coming in for any kind of service with this business!

horrible shop to go to...lets start by saying, over the phone they said they could help me make an exhaust so i dropped my truck off for them to work on it. then after not hearing anything for hours i call them and they tell me to come pick up my truck as they cant work on it...they didn't even call me i had to call them....so when i picked up my truck i noticed some of the stuff in it was missing (but many other items were left if it was broken into they would have all been gone to) when i asked them about it they told me i was tryin to (set them up) yes my one door was left unlocked. When i told them to look on the camera's they said they don't have any in the shop....which seems crooked right away. i have made a complaint with the BBB about this shop...oh and they told me if i wrote a google review they would just get there way out of it...yha never going there again and don't recommend it either. its not even about the missing items. just the horrible way they treat you...

A friend of mine brought me here, it's getting cold now and I needed to plug my car in overnight, when I went to look for the cord under the hood it was no where to be found. Apparently it had gotten lodged behind something and there was no way I would have been able to get it out. They got it out for me at no charge, which I really really appreciate, I know it only took like 8 minutes but I still really think that was an awesome thing you guys did! And they also backed the car in to the spot so I didn't have to back out when I left (thank goodness I'm the worst at backing up out of spot) so I just wanted to say thank you again for doing both those things for me, you guys are awesome. Will definitely recommend you and consider getting any work I need in the future done from you guys because of your small gesture of kindness, thank you for helping a girl out! You're the best!

from what i can tell they did a fine job on my dads corolla. we had a small dispute over whether a minor bumper issue was needed to be fixed to pass the inspection or not but when they agreed to do that part of the repairs for free that won me over.

Very honest and straight forward. Did great work and came in significantly lower than another shop that I also had quote the work. They went above and beyond by taking the extra time to investigate another potential issue without being asked and without charging me extra. They were able to get me in and out very quickly. All around great service, great quality of work and great experience!

CARS INC. DAMAGES MY 1988 BMW M5, REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY I dropped my car off for what I hoped would be a routine safety inspection for insurance (it’s an older car, but in mint condition, runs well). One-to-two hours tops. There were a couple items they needed to replace, e.g., front light bulb. After several hours, I call them, no answer. Call again, no answer. Then towards the end of the day, they call me and cryptically say, β€œThere is a wiring issue. We need to keep the car overnight. But we will keep it inside.” Um, OK. Next day, they call me and say the car is ready. Friend drives me up and upon arriving I see the left rear passenger window is smashed. I ask the general manager, Bob, how it happened, and he denies it’s their responsibility. Really?! I speak with the owner, Daryll McLean, and just repeats the same line, adding β€œWe can recommend a glass repair shop. You should call your insurance company.” I call the Calgary Police and they send an officer to take my statement and reason with Daryll and Bob. (In retrospect, what I suspect happened is there was an accident in the shop resulting in the rear window getting smashed, they figured that denying responsibility was better (for them) than paying for their mistake. Disappointing.) In the end, I got a $600 inspection bill (yes, they padded it) and a broken window that I now need to pay to replace. My advice: Steer clear of this shop. No honour, no honesty, and plenty of risk to your car. (I'll recorded a video of the damage, which I'll post a link to later.) . . . And by the way, the response from Cars Inc. is a lie. They had β€œpossession” of my car the moment I left them the keys (in good faith, right?) with the car parked in front of their shop. When they called me back several times that day and the next (for a routine inspection) they never mentioned the broken window. Strange, right? And the claim they offered to consult _their_ insurance? They denied everything and offered nothing. Apart from their erroneous reply to my honest, accurate, if unflattering review, Cars Inc. never tried to contact me or make any effort to make amends. Steer clear.
