R	Richard Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use the self car wash here. Twice now I finished washing my car in under 5 mins and was stuck waiting for a cashier for over 4 mins. Really sucks when they charge you by the min. Both times it looked as though there was only one worker who would take car of the people inside the store before going to charge the people waiting to leave the car wash. Get an extra worker!!! Or at least discount people when they have to wait!!!

It's the 3rd time in a row where high pressure soap gets dispensed despite setting to rinse and pressing the button over and over. Otherwise not bad for getting gas but probably won't be my go to for washing for the next while.

My husband is a tow truck driver and needed to use the washroom while in the area, this Shell was closest so he stopped to use the bathroom and make a purchase as he never uses a bathroom without purchasing something. The employee working refused to let him in to the bathroom. I'm assuming its because of the enhanced cleaning protocols because of covid. This has happened at most shells in the city since Covid started

B	Bruce Gilkes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Shell is a little hard to access but has a large indoor wash rack for cars and light trucks. Prices are about the same as elsewhere in the Crowfoot Crossing area. Also has a small convenience store attached.
S	Shauna Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yesterday to use the indoor car wash and after putting $5 in via tap, I realized you can't pause the system. As I was watching my money disappear I found an attendant. He was very helpful and because of him I didn't lose any time/money.
A	Aaliyah’s Youtube Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible especially the staff…I understand for the new law no mask no entry and i admitted its my fault. but im in the hurry and forgot my mask.. i even put the money in the counter already. im inside the store already and ask the staff that i need gas, so tired of work and forget about it . When i arrived inside he’s not even wearing his mask properly. Im a regular customer and sometimes even when im going inside the staff is not wearing their mask when they talking…and sometimes late night too much waiting and knocking in the door when its lock and notice that the staff is talking on the phone and not the checking the front if there’s some customer. I’m a staff too in retail store, sometimes i consider the customer when their inside already.. and the way the staff talk to me to wear my mask is not good. The staff state “WEAR YOUR MASK!!”
