★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this service centre for years for my Elantra. I am especially impressed by Shawn, the manager with the Service team. She has been very knowledgeable and flexible. Once I needed an emergency service, and although they were fully booked, she found a spot for me and due to the nature of the repair, I was even able to get my car back the same day. She also helped me decide that I did not need to buy new winter tires yet and my current ones are still very good. These kind of actions create long-term loyalty and trust: I know that when service or parts are recommended, that it is a solid recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service. I have been taking my Hyundai Palisade to Crowfoot Hyundai since 2019 and have been more than satisfied with their service. Shawn is an excellent service advisor. The shuttle service makes it very easy and convenient to take my vehicle to Crowfoot Hyundai. And yes, there is a nice lounge with free coffee too! Whitney made it sure to make it easy to pick up vehicle with a return shuttle and also explained all the services. Also, they always give the vehicle an exterior wash which is a plus. I definitely recommend this place!

Derrick the service writer was very professional and nice to deal with. I also received outstanding, exceptional service from Whitney in service. She is an absolute delight to deal with, and really made my day. On a side note, also enjoyed dealing with Jacky who is new to the dealership and was very nice to deal with. I cant say enough good about the treatment that i received there and will be back. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car in for a warranty repair, and had a very positive experience at Crowfoot Hyundai. The service staff were all ready and waiting to help me; attentive as I walked in the door. The waiting room inside was pleasant and well-stocked with amenities. The best part was the shuttle, so I could get a ride back home while the car was in the shop for the day. The shuttle drivers were polite and professional while being warm and friendly to chat with.

I took my car to Crowfoot Hyundai and from the moment I arrived in the drive thru I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable guy named Derrick. He went through the whole process and explained what I was getting with the Gold Detailing package. Fast forward. When I went to pick up my car I didn’t know what to say because it looked so amazing inside and out! The detailing staff at Crowfoot Hyundai are exceptional at what they do! Then to make my experience even better I was greeted by Whitney and when I went to pay and she was so fantastic. Whitney went through the work order with me to be sure I knew what had been done.
I am so happy with my experience and I totally would recommend Crowfoot Hyundai.

I brought my car in for an out-of-province inspection and for general maintenance/servicing, and I was greeted by Shawn who coordinated everything and who provided periodical updates to make sure that my wait was minimal. I was even offered concierge service. I received excellent customer service by the customer service staff, as well. A very nice lady finalized the transaction and made sure that I received the paperwork. I will definitely bring my car back for future maintenance visits. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
