n	norah carmichael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware this store is not requiring masks anymore. The place was full of unmasked customers today. This loyal customer will be shopping elsewhere. Ridiculous. Endangering lives over the holidays. The person I spoke with said it’s not the law now. So they need laws to tell them what’s RIGHT and SAFE. Sad.
C	C Kis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ still good since Coop took over as the owner but it has lost the personal touch. You can’t phone and ask if they have any bread left now, they won’t tell you. I guess it’s too much trouble as i used to get 3 put on hold til 5 pm. It’s a 15 min drive but a waste if no bread left. So i go to the bakery now it’s cheaper too & I saw Community had 12 loaves expiring unsold.

Refused store credit as well. Manager Vanessa Roenspies refused to talk to me because she was in a "meeting" I made two calls to the CS number but Vanessa Roenspies would not respond. I see why they have so many bad reviews. Owned by Authoritarian Big Box Coop Grocery Stores.

After buying premade salads that has gritty sand, having accidentally item rung in on my receipt that is not mine and worse is ringing in gift certificates that should be $200 but rang it in twice so I’m paying $400 for a $200 gift certificates. I understand mistakes being made but how many mistakes are made at the customer’s expense when they ask you if you want a receipt or not? So if I didn’t get my receipt I wouldn’t have known they charged me $200 more. I call them to fix this and they said their computer system is old and they cannot do this online but I must go in person to get my $200 refund. How unbelievable is that?

Heard staff tell a girl to follow me and my son around while we shop for supplements, then she began to follow me around the store. Made me uncomfortable and I left. First time in this store, was in the area visiting my dad and we stopped in. I will stick to my store in chinook, were we are not belittled and treated fairly... because we are not middle aged white people. Calgary has done it again with its racism and discrimination ???

I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to start eating whole organic, healthy diets take. I have lost almost 70 lb over the last 2 and 1/2 months. Just eating whole, organic healthy meals four times a day in small portions.
