★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two sukiyaki beef. One with teriyaki sauce and the other with one teriyaki sauce and one spicy teriyaki sauce on the side. We got home on a snowy day, and one had only spicy chili sauce globbed on one spot(that wasn't even asked for) and the other had nothing. This was the second time this happened. Called to let them know. They didn't care. Picked up the new order and they just told us to throw the other order out! Done with this location. Edo Corporate? You need to take notice. Portions have reduced by at least a third!!;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was friendly and the service was excellent! The amount of food served is less than they used to serve, probably due to the new smaller takeout containers. Food was still delicious nonetheless. Very interesting snacks and treats area. Will have to try the KitKat next time.

I ordered food and tried to eat it on the table.
All of sudden, one lady was sweeping up the floor, approach to my table, sweeping around my table while I was eating. All of the dust flying around me, She touched my Chair and table with broom. Not even sorry or excuse me. I strongly felt, I had to go. Because she was cleaning.
The washroom was really dirty, they didn't clean it for a while though.
Please get out of there when they are cleaning. You will get extra dust on your food that you do not order it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order Edo once a week, because my kids and I usually love it. This is the third time in a row we’ve received an order from this location that was terrible. The veggies and meat were burnt. I didn’t get the extra veggies I payed for with my beef and noodles. My daughter got like 4 tiny pieces of burnt broccoli and beef on her noodles. The sushi was all falling apart and made so sloppy, I get it, you’re not sushi masters, but come on! This is the last time we’ll be ordering from this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a sumo size chicken teriyaki on rice. This is a regular size. I ordered plenty of times at other edo locations and it way bigger than this. This place is such a ripped off. Don't come here unless you have yo and make sure you double check your sizes and orders.
