★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better Popeyes in town.. chicken are very fresh and moist. Very crispy chicken. Two flavors are there I believe they marinated overnight. Very busy location be prepared to line up and possible cannot I find a table. Does spicy food version is very good highly recommended. I usually go for the gravy and the biscuit. Biscuit is very good fresh and super buttery taste. Goes well with the gravy. Definition try this place out at this location. The staff here are somewhat friendly it is hit and miss by certain people. I believe the manager is a jerk he always want to extra charge you for other things which seem not cool but the assistant manager was very nice try to make us happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there were clear signs that said mobile orders should head straight up to the counter without having to wait. Waited over 20 minutes for our order to be called while everyone else had their orders called out only to be told we didn't have to wait if we had a mobile order. Or if the mobile app had a msg that said "your order is ready" that might be more helpful but it only said "your order is being prepared". How am I to know I can just cut infront of everyone and ask for my order?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try Popeyes and went to the Beacon Hill location about a week ago. We were there as soon as it opened up and just wanted to try the classic chicken sandwich and were told that we would have to wait at least 30 minutes because the supply had just come in. We left instead of waiting. Went back there again today in another attempt to try the chicken classic sandwich and got home to realize they were both given the spicy chicken sandwich and not the classic as we had ordered. Also tried the mac & cheese and it was soupy, not thick and creamy and desperately in need of salt and pepper. We give up on this location and will not go back. We're off to the Evanston location in hopes of having success.
UPDATE: the management team got in contact with me and had us both back for lunch on them and it was absolutely delicious. We had the classic chicken sandwich it was hot and crispy, we have the fries and they were delicious. I absolutely would go back again now. I appreciated that they cared enough to get it right and we're concerned about my review. It's refreshing to see that we mattered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average compared to many US Popeye locations. Not sure if it's a Canadian thing or a franchising thing (do they franchise idk)
Overall chicken is decent quality. Customer service is hit or miss (kind of a running thing with most Popeyes, if you know you know)
When I last went the sandwiches weren't served on brioche, but these diamond shaped buns that were much worse.
Also the chicken in the sandwiches tend to be mid vs the boxes of chicken - maybe it's a freshness thing. But if I go to Popeyes I want top tier spicy chicken sandwich on brioche, and it ain't at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, I went to this store and ordered 2 pc chicken combo with Mac and chess and a drink, their service is very fast and accurate and the staff is super friendly. Got my food in just few seconds. A girl named Harman took my order and she was the most friendly person I ever met at any fast food industry, I do recommend this Popeyes for everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered 10 pieces family pack and look at this picture. The chicken is disgusting and fires are chopped up into small pieces. It seems like they just gave me the left overs. I used to order from the 17th street location and I am so disappointed in how they manage the Beacon Hill location. Extremely appalling.
