However, I'm glad I didn't listen to them because had a seamless and excellent experience with Structube! We ordered a sectional on September 5, 2021and received it by September 11, 2021. Any questions we had in store were answered, ETA was quoted correctly, and the delivery process was simple. I love my new sectional and am so happy to have gotten an "Erin" before they were completely gone! I was even able to get it in my preferred color with a right facing chaise! Even when I called the store (before the quoted delivery date) to check on my sectional, the staff were so polite and helpful. Thank you for helping me find my dream couch.
M	Magda D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dining table that began to crack at the seam. Came in to get help with getting my issue resolved under warranty. Was told to email them photos and they'd be in touch. Never heard back Reached out to corporate and they said cracks in the wood are not considered a warranty issue (but the crack is at the seam!) So disappointed to have spent close to $1500 on our dining room with a company that does not stand behind its products or care to follow up with their customers.

First walked in to the store and was not even greeted cause they saw me and thought that this person was not going to make a purchase by their young staff. Came around the store and had to ask for the item I was looking for that they did not have on display. So decided I would order it from them any way. They advised that the item would not be in stock till October. (3+ month wait) got a call in September saying it would be delayed till November. Finally received the item after I had confirmed not once but on 2 different occasions when talking to their sales people that it comes assembled and is not ikea quality they said yes it comes assembled. It arrived in 3 different boxes by a delivery company who refused to even bring it inside and said that they had to slide it through the door only. Contacted the location and they refused to do anything other then contact their head office. Who supposedly said they cannot do anything. Told them I would like to talk to the manager who did not call me back and I had to call back again a week later. For them to tell me again that they cannot do any thing. They Refused to help in any way. Do not purchase anything from Structube. its not worth the hassle or the headache. Ikea would have been 10x better customer service.

M	Michael Kuznetsov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally positive experience. The only thing to keep in mind, is that it takes a very long time to get your items delivered if they are not in stock. I waited 4+ months for my cloud couch (lookalike ;) but it was worth the wait for me!

I came to pick it up next day and "Ian" (Dingiy) the assist manager was the most rude person I have met... He basically refused and wouldn't agree to give me the discount after I drove across town to come pick it up. Not to mention that the item was put on hold for me and clearly was marked with 10% off. What a waste of my time.

My partner and I have been to almost every furniture store in the city and these guys are by far the friendliest, the most helpful, and the most low pressure, enjoyable experience we've had. We found a couch we wanted that was discontinued so they gave us the floor model in perfect condition at a discount AND arranged a super cheap truck rental ($24.99) from the Home Depot around the corner for us when we realized it wasn't going to fit in the back of our truck. We showed up at Home Depot and most of the paperwork for the rental was already done for us, came back to Structube Beacon and they had the couch wrapped and reasy to for us then carried it out and loaded it into the rental for us. These guys are great people and we're super thankful for their excellent, friendly service.
