★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edo's of Japan what were you thinking when your interior design group came up with this 'decor?!'
The previous decor had a warmer feel compared to the cold School look at your restaurant at this location now has. I know design can be accepted by some and rejected by others. This design is most definitely not representative your restaurant or chain. Try not to waste your money on other locations.
The food was as Edo's usually is. Both teriyaki chicken could have had some chicken on the two dinners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, to see I previously gave 5 stars shows how bad the service has gone down. I will never go to this Edo again. Bad service, they forget the main item you need to eat the meal which is the sauce! Then I am asked to drive there to pick it up after I just paid for delivery and tip for the driver. Mistakes happen but this has happened too many times now. I will never go to this edo, or recommend it ever. I used to love it and come here all the time. There is probably one or two edos left in Calgary that actually are worth it. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 2 weeks ago, Friday eve. 15 min wait to be served, 15 min wait for lukewarm food, skimpy servings but biggest problem was a 20 minute wait for the ?fruit bubble tea that didn’t come with the other drinks and meal. 20 minutes to make one mediocre bubble tea missing pearls served with gel. Not impressed this trip. Need to improve on dish quantity and serve hotter in better timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the new bubble tea. They were not good. Completely filled with ice (I had to remove some) so there was hardly any tea. And the Bown Sugar Boba basically tasted like milk. Don't bother with bubble tea here, go to a real bubble tea cafe.

First time here, I eat at all the edos in Calgary….
I placed my order and paid the $$ that they asked for….
All the skip drivers and others customers walking we’re getting food before me…. Weird…
When I asked where my food is the said “ooh”, it had been sitting here here, I watched the lady pout extra sauce in it, I said I only asked for one, she went to fact check…. and looked at the receipt and realized I was right.
when she took the food into the kitchen, ladies in the kitchen are giving me the dirty looks…
Remember all I’ve done so far today was pay them all the money they asked for, and communicated effectively what I would like.
The lady in the kitchen not some of the food onto the fryer rest of the garbage and then two minutes later I had a new meal.
I will choose not to return here because when they do something wrong it’s my fault #NoThanks
