★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally inconsistent. Save your money if you dont want to get nickle and dimed here. I asked for a bit more of the slaw on an already sparse burrito. Because I'm ethnic, the Filipino lady didn't ask the white girl infront of me to pay for extra when she asked for another scoop. Literally the worst location I've ever been to. Take the drive up to a good location.

I don’t normally go in the evenings but the rice was hard and cold..and honestly all of the food looked old and everything was just messy.. out of pico sauce but the girl making my burrito was still scooping the liquid and I was just shaking my head.. drenched my burrito with bean liquid.. I was ready to walk out and now regret paying for this. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0/5. Rarely write reviews but I must say this is the worst experience I've received at a Mucho. Was waiting while two ladies, one really young and one older, were gossiping while looking at me. Once they finished then asked what I wanted. Not to mention having my food literally dripping in sauce. Like my food was soaked with the whole box having a good inch of sauce in it....even just reading some of these reviews is disappointing. Will not be back. I'd rather drive 20 minutes elsewhere to another Mucho then be gossiped about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular at this place and honestly, I didn't appreciate the cold and dry behavior of the staff much. But recently, there was some misunderstanding between me and lady worker about my bill. I got really upset as she couldn't find a way to explain me the contents of the bill, and this young guy worker, who I never seemed to notice before cleared the tension like a professional! Will definitely be visiting here more and often.
Great experience!!

The young ladies working the shift made my experience enjoyable and I will definitely return to this restaurant anytime I am back in Crowfoot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they were running low on beans and she gave me literally 5 beans in my burrito and didn’t bother to replace it with a new tub of beans. she also had no more veggies left and when the tub got replaced by another coworker she didn’t even put any in my burrito. my friends got theirs made by a different employee right after me and they had way more food in theirs. this girl couldn’t even do the bare minimum. tastes good as always tho.
