Tl;dr:
- no AMEX accepted
- chips were stale
- loud phone sound
- a bit hard to understand attendant through mask, although they were helpful overall
- not sure if packaging is compostable
Menu on the screens was easy to read and was able to come to a decision relatively quickly. One attendant helped me and it seemed as if the other person was new there. It was hard to understand the attendant at times due to the mask they wore.
I got 2 sets of 3 tacos and some extreme fries. I would've liked to have been asked whether I wanted all the tacos the same or not. It would've been nice to have some variation when eating. Thankfully, I asked about the extreme fries and the attendant was happy to offer a vegetarian alternative when I mentioned I didn't want beef in it. Thanks for that!
The phone rang a few times and seemed to play very loudly. Not something I would want to hear without answering after a while.
When it got time to pay I mentioned I wanted to use American Express as I saw a sign on the door which said they accept that form of payment. However I wasn't able to pay with it as the attendant informed me they don't take it. Not helpful if I expected to use it.
:( The POS terminal took a long time and had to reboot. In that time it seemed the attendant went and did other things making me feel unimportant as a customer. I would've preferred that they stick around until the transaction was done.
When eating the food the chips were stale and not tasty. The tacos were good. Don't know how long the fish was deep fried until it was given to me. The containers did not specify whether they were compostable. I would've preferred seeing that notice on the packaging. Guava jarrito was tasty.
Don't think I'd go back soon, but open to trying again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a couple gift vouchers from my work nearby so tried for the first time today. Really good, the staff were very nice, the chips and salsa were great, and the pulled pork burrito was awesome and a great portion for the price. Have one more gift certificate so going to go back tomorrow and looking forward to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming and courteous service, we were greeted by Harpreet and he was very patient with us while we were making up our mind about what to eat as there were plenty of options. We finally got a whole wheat burrito with spicy chicken, as we love spicy food. We added the signature sauce, which was to die for. Our expectation were definitely exceeded in terms of food, customer service and over all experience. Will be returning for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst meals I have ever had!!!! Ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and a chicken burrito. Waited for the orders to be completed. Got home, both the burrito and tacos meat were ICE COLD and my drive was 10 minutes in duration to get home. Ever since this location has opened it has been a downhill slide on the quality of food. Best of luck in your future but I'm not eating there again!!!!

The place is neat and well-sanitized. The staff are welcoming and friendly too. For first timers, they recommend and guide you throughout the order process.
