★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly and the sushi arrives fast (we always order all you can eat). Fusion Sushi - Ranchlands is my family's favourite sushi restaurant, always a highlight for my teens. Definitely reserve a table because they are usually busy. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to rate this place so low but I feel like I have to share after seeing others comment on potential health issues they've observed at this restaurant. I ate here on March 8, 2022 and immediately got the worst food poisoning of my life. I came with my friend to celebrate a trip I was taking the next day. We got all you can eat and although I felt a bit off after finishing the meal I thought maybe I had just had a bit too much to eat. Not the case. I woke up vomiting and shaking and could barely get out of bed. My friend did not get sick, so I thought maybe it was from something else, but after seeing other reviews mentioning bugs in the soup and fish smelling sour I am certain I got food poisoning from this restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE. They should refund me for my flight, which I missed because I was the sickest I've ever been in my life. Literally sick for 3 days. I have eaten here 1000 times for birthdays, graduations and other celebrations and we usually love it but I can not excuse negligence, especially when it put my health at risk. Will never eat at a Fusion restaurant again, might not ever even eat sushi again, that's how bad it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the all you can eat for lunch with a group of 6 friends. The food was good, but terrible service. Half of us arrived a few minutes early and were given beverages, when the rest arrived, the server didn't come around to ask if they wanted something to drink, we had to wave someone over. The servers would literally drop the dishes on the table and leave without a word like they were put out by having to do that. My one friend didn't get her beverage until we were almost finished lunch. They have an automatic 15% gratuity per person for groups with 5 people or more, so I guess they don't need to be pleasant or provide decent service because they will be getting a tip regardless. We had to wait for an unusually long time before getting the bill, and that wasn't until my one friend went up to the counter to let them know we were ready for the bill. The one who came to collect payment was the only nice one there. It was fairly busy, but still had a lot of empty tables, so I don't know what the problem was. I won't go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi! It's one of my favorite foods, and with a reasonable, down right awesome price for all you can eat. Sign me up ! Big fan of fusion, never a bad meal, and never had bad service. Everyone is super nice, approachable, and sweet. You gotta try this place out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is delicious for an AYCE, made to order restaurant. A great place to go when you want a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, bbq meats and seafood. Just make sure to eat everything you order because there is a fee for leftovers.
Dishes worth trying: salmon tataki, mackeral sashimi, tom yum soup, steamed bun(deep fried and fluffy with condensed milk dip), assorted tempura and beef short ribs. These are all familiar favorites and I get them every time I go.
One thing I would like to see them add is a description of the food because you have to pretty much guess what's in the rolls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was great. We didn't have a reservation, but we got in pretty quickly. Food was good and fast and they made my daughter feel very special for her birthday.. They don't come out in a huge group to sing! Just a gentle tune and a special dessert. Will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been coming here almost weekly for many years now. I am certain we have paid for a couple of the tables at an absolute minimum. She loves it, so 5* rating from her. I find it to be good but somewhat inconsistent at times with variations in presentation, content, and serving sizes. Sometimes it looks exactly like what is shown in the menu and other times you are left to wonder what it is. Even with that, it has always been a solid 4* from me since the food is good and there is definitely sufficient portion sizes. However, over the past few months, items have been disappearing off the menu, and some of them are my favourites which I consistently order. I also really liked to have Tiramisu (for years I might add) and a cream puff (for the past six months or so) to finish up with. Gone? No longer available. WHY? None too pleased. So my rating drops to 3*. With her 5* the overall rating is 4*.
