★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hard enough to communicate with someone who is wearing a mask, and even harder when they can't seem to speak up loud enough to be heard. Regardless, we gave her our order, then something happened and she had to reenter it ..... and missed something. Ok, fair enough, it was a milkshake and another could be ordered, and paid for - full price....no mention of any discount for having to ask for something again. However, we didn't get to find out until we got home that our medium fries were 2/3 full and the hamburgers and buns were far from fresh (the burgers we absolutely not fresh cooked today and the buns were dry and near the end of their life). There are many other burger choices around that I can go to, so I am absolutely sure I won't be coming back to this DQ again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GROSS!! My chicken burger was so cheap my tomato and lettuce were brown not fresh. The buns are gross too they don’t taste like DQ buns they taste like cheap no name buns from Walmart. So I asked for my money back and they told me no I have to bring the food back and the food can’t be aten like wth.. this DQ is gross it’s not a good one for hot food cause it’s will be cold, gross and not fresh!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what I was given as a four piece chicken finger meal to go.... what a joke!... this meal cost $12! Give proper portions! I shouldn't have to check my meal before leaving to make sure I'm not being ripped off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial disappointment turned into a nice surprise. I provided some initial criticism after a busy Friday night produced some hiccups behind the counter, but I got an immediate response from DQ, and then from the franchise owner willing to listen to the experience. They heard me out, and simply offered an apology and asked to earn my business back again.
I do appreciate that, so this review has been modified to reflect their effort. Food was good and am impressed with the follow up customer service. That doesn’t happen every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abismal experience. Messed up our entire order, no fries, no dipping sauce for the kids meals. Daughter went back to ask for a sauce after I had requested one and they said it'll be $.50. I went and asked why? They said it's their policy for extra sauce....it was two meals both sauces missed ...why Nickle and dime people when you make errors time and time again on a single order...for crying out loud we were the only people in the shop at 2pm in the afternoon. Been coming to this location off and on for 20 years ... apparently there has been a change in managers. May and her crew simply don't care about customers she couldn't be bothered to look up from her screen to acknowledge me asking a question. Peace plenty of better service locations within minutes and the best spot on country hills 5 min away.
