★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently had an experience at this location where the lady that took my order in the drive through was very nice and cooperative with what was a large and somewhat confusing order. Upon pulling up to the window the manager looked into the car and shook his head at us. This was an expensive order and for the manager to be disrespectful towards the customer was completely inappropriate. 1 star review. I will not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is apparently my junior chicken. It's a BEEF hamburger. What is this. I can't even go back for a refund as I'm already home. Here's my receipt too. I got one mcdouble, bigmac, fries, and a junior chicken. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the busiest McDonald's I've been to in Calgary! The place was clean and our order was ready super quick. They did forget my daughter's dipping sauce for her nuggets and did not give us any napkins.

I order some donuts and they were soft and tasty compared to “cough Westbrook Walmart’s location handing out rock hard ones cough” and the coffee was on point. Will make this my daily spot for morning runs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share this experience as an example of outstanding customer service. I just went through the drive through and my debit card didn’t work. I’ve been having increasing issues with the cards chip and magnetic stripe not working. No fault of McDonald’s, or course. But incredibly frustrating for me. After a few attempts in the drive through, I went inside and tried again. The card still didn’t work. But this time, two of their employees, Mary and Ankara (Apologies if I got those names wrong) overrode the register and simply gave me my order for free. It may seem small, but I can’t say enough how I appreciate that level of customer service and going out of their way to make my day easier. Especially in the fast food service industry, where many places forget about the service component. Their kind gesture absolutely made my day! Thank you both!
