Meet Murray Bodnaruk"I am an experienced, diligent lawyer who is motivated by a strong sense of fairness and justice for my clients. The most important part of my job is listening to my clients. When we communicate openly and honestly with each other, I can understand your issues and concerns and I can help you achieve your goals. The best part of my day is when I feel I’ve used my skills as a lawyer to help someone and make a difference in their life. My practice is focused on Divorce and Family Law, Injury Law, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate because I enjoy working with people and solving problems.
I am a lifelong Alberta resident. I grew up on a farm in central Alberta and obtained my Law Degree from the University of Alberta. I have worked in large and small law firms, in partnership and as a sole practitioner. I have successfully litigated at all three levels of Court in the Province of Alberta. I am a strong believer that ongoing training and education are essential to my practice. I make a conscious effort to stay current with recent developments in the law.
I enjoy hiking, biking and spending time in the mountains. I ride a Harley Davidson motorcycle and belong to the Harley Owners Group (Calgary Chapter)."

Karen, Murray's assistant, is extremely knowledgable and helpful. On many occasions, she made me feel better when I had concerns regarding the agreement and took the time to explain countless items I was uncertain about. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am late, very late in posting this. But, better late than never! Thank you so much to Murray, and his assistant Karen!!! Their compassion, care, and kindness in a very difficult case was deeply appreciated. Their persistence, professionalism, and firmness to opposition helped tremendously with my case. If it wasn't for Murray, I doubt that I would have been successful. He and Karen had the very unpleasant job of dealing with unprofessional opposition; endless "strange" requests and repeated let downs. Still, Murray fought hard for me and won my case. As a result, I was reunited with my dog and gained full custody over her. She's finally home where she belongs, safe and sound, and looking forward to her 9th birthday next summer. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so SO much for your hard work and kindness!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with the office for a grant of probate, they filled the forms wrong the first time and court rejected-it. They had to submit the forms again which prolonged the process by months.
Reading the office's replies to their poor reviewers should've really raised a red-flag but we were grieving and weren't doing out research.

Recently an issue arose with my exwife trying to claim a pension credits split with CPP which was a direct violation of our separation agreement. I called Murray and he advised me on how to proceed .Success I received an email from her withdrawing her application. So of you want a legal team that's not just out to take your money and will guide you through every step and will still be there for you years later. I would highly suggest you give them a call.
