About Crowfoot Chiropractic and Massage
Dr. Matthew Sheppard graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2012 and has been serving his community ever since. Matthew grew up in Calgary and always had an interest in the health care system and chiropractic was a natural calling to him. "When a patient is under my care, I want to give them the best quality treatments every time. If I don't see results quickly then we will change the treatment plan or if I can't help you I will give you my best recommendations of who to see or what to do next". Dr. Sheppard does full body adjustments and specializes in soft tissue techniques such as Muscle Release Therapy (MRT) and Graston. I have seen many chiropractors and he is by far the most gentle and most effective adjuster to date. Plus he spends extra time with me compared to most. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of his chiropractic duties. He always takes time to listen to my problems rather than thinking about what he should say next. I would recommend him above all others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Dr. Sheppard for the whole family and especially for babies. Recently he treated my 1 month old who was not turning his head to the right and was developing a flat spot on the back of his head from sleeping on the left hand side. After treatment, I can now gently turn his head to the right and get him to comfortably sleep that way. Baby slept on my chest through half of his treatment it was so gentle, yet effective. Also my third baby was treated by him shortly after birth and this helped ease her lower body gastro-intestinal straining. Dr. Sheppard educates and doesn't induce fear to make you come back over and over again in a short interval. He is very responsive to preferences and makes sure to record your requests so that he can continue to personalise your treatment each visit. Let him know if you need gentle on the neck etc. He takes feedback in a growth minded way, he wants to know if something didn't work well for you, and he will do it a different way next time. He is very flexible with his treatments.

In the past 5 months, my back was so sore and I could feel it was very painful and I couldn’t sleep well at night, I have gone to the massage clinic, I got 1-2 treatments almost every single month within 5 months. However, it was better after the massage treatment, it was still getting painful again immediately for the next day., I feel hopeless. I was going to see Dr. Sheppard Matthew. He’s a very friendly person, nice and he helped me to heal my back and my pain was gone. Now my back is painful again, I just have seen him and felt so much better. I suggest everyone comes to this clinic. :) he’s doing an awesome job and the employee here is so nice too. It’s so convenient that I can book my appointment online. So much easier. !
