I have used the big brand store for years, but got tired of being ignored when I picked up prescriptions, and the lengthy turnover time. At universal health pharmacy in Chestermere, they greet me by name, fill prescriptions efficiently in a timely manner, keep track of my medication needs and always treat me with respect. I would definitely recommend universal health pharmacy #5 in Chestermere, AB. Michelle Pedersen

I hardly had to wait for a five minutes. I strongly recommend this pharmacy due to Parag's professional approach and being mindful of safety and health.

I booked 3 of my family members at this pharmacy for a vaccine as soon as we were able, each recieved an appointment pending email. However, no one received any follow up. I called on behalf of my partner to confirm his appointment later today and they didn't even ask for his booking number, just that it was cancelled, period. Again, I had to call them, to find this out; no one received an email asking to rebook. I understand that this is a stressful time for pharmacy workers right now, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. It sounds like their whole system is buggered, so please be kind to the person answering the phones.

I called the clinic and booked an appointment and when I showed up they said it wasn’t in the system and that I need to book an appointment online and come back another day because they don’t have enough vaccinations. When I asked why they booked me when they didn’t have enough vaccinations they told me to “call the government”. My work gave me time off to come and it was all a waste. If you only have limited spots then don’t book more than you can offer. I understand that mistakes happen but when you messed up my appointment and couldn’t rebook me your staff was being extremely rude and tried to close the door and lock me out while I was talking. Your service was outrageous, I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend anyone to go here.

Staff and pharmacists at the pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was running late for the appointment but the pharmacist waited beyond 4:00 pm (their closing time on Sunday). Appreciate it very much for the contributions provided to the community. Thanks

They do not confirm the first booking that is fine but I still called to double check and then turns out they change my confirmation to a later date. Date passes still no confirmation or any updates at all and have to constantly call and call for any updates. Fine it is busy but then I receive a call warning me of no show for them. I called multiple times to inquire and they reschedule me randomly and now they’re complaining?

Parag is an outstanding pharmacist and cares deeply about his customers. Parag always gets me my medication on time even when I'm in a rush. My family got the COVID-19 vaccine here as well and it was so easy and simple. Would 100% recommend this pharmacy!

I booked my appointment online and received an email for pending, I didn't get the confirmation email or any notice about my vaccine so I called. The lady said my appointment got moved to later in the week and I will be receiving an email about it. I got an email that says pending and did not get any confirmation. I called again and asked and she told me I will be getting the confirmation by the end of the day for the appointment rescheduled to tomorrow. I never received any form of notice on my appointment except the automatic email, this place keep pushing my appointment and ignored my appointment unless I called. The appointment was for me and my family not just myself. I would not trust this "pharmacy" at all! Easier and faster to just check with other places and pick up an appointment that others cancelled. Added: So you are trying to put me in the no show list because I never got a confirmation from you guys as you promised? That's unacceptable at all! My friend who booked a day after my original appointment was able to get a vaccine at your location so I don't understand where did that vaccine came from.
