Although there were a couple of hiccups, Blair went above and beyond for me with my most recent visit. The amazing customer service I received will have me continue bringing my vehicle here. I would recommend them. Update: unfortunately, their prices don't seem to be as comparable anymore. Although I'll still bring my vehicle here, I was disappointed that I was quoted over $100 more than two other reputable German auto shops for the same genuine dealership part.
S	Seamus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed an oil change and service and found this business on the internet, so I took my Mercedes Benz E 400 to German Automotive at Crowfoot. In addition, I needed my winter tires installed and a check-up of several other features. I had to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment (an indication that they were quite busy). On the appointed day, I dropped off my car and was shuttled home. The next day, the shuttle picked me up and took me to German Automotive where my car had been serviced and was waiting for pick-up, and with the winter tires installed. Everything about the experience was very satisfactory, from my initial call to make the appointment, to the shuttle rides with Kim. The work was very satisfactory and very reasonably priced, with a $25 reduction as it was my first visit. I would recommend these guys to work on your Mercedes or any other German automobile .

Labour and parts rates compared to a BMW dealer (and I assume the same when comparing other German OEM dealerships) are much more fair, and perhaps even better attention to detail. I dealt with Jeff today, and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. What's more, he is honest. He gave me a detailed run through of what was needed on my vehicle, and was sincere when saying that some of the items could wait until my next oil service to take care of - rather than pushing for a larger work order right then and there. He gives me advice as if it was his own vehicle. I've dealt with service advisors from other mechanic shops over the years, and none seem as genuine as Jeff and the team at German Automotive. I'm coming back in a few days for some other needed work and am looking forward to it. Shuttle service to and from home was quick and courteous, as well as clean. I've always been a German-car fanatic; been many years since I owned one as I've been blessed with a company vehicle for a while now, but have recently needed to get a second vehicle, and of course it's German. I'm pleased to have found my go-to mechanic, and even better that they're close to home. Well done Jeff & Team - thanks for taking good care of me.

Joel and Jeff are helpful and never make a question seem silly. They always have answers and are upfront and honest. They have great techs that really know their stuff! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Because I did and they didn't. I asked and got dropped off, but they didn't offer on the way back, so I walked to pick up my car... But then again, I kinda like walking, so ?‍♂️
