Our sales person, Cory Watson was outstanding, he was highly knowledgeable of his product, and was extremely professional ,but yet was relaxed in his approach. The time taken with us to go through the features in the viewing room was greatly appreciated! Truly worth our 4 hour trip,we will be back for our next Audi for sure!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle from Audi Royal Oak. Cory Watson was very professional throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered all of our questions that we had. Cory replied to emails, texts and calls in a very timely manner. Scott and Cameron did the finance and the delivery of the vehicle, and that too was a great experience. Scott went through the finance part of everything in such detail, and again answered all of our questions. Cameron took us through the features of the vehicle, and we really enjoyed this part of it. Overall our experience at Audi Royal Oak was the best we’ve had from a car dealership, and we’d highly recommend both Cory and the entire team at Audi Royal Oak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very exciting day for me. I got to pick up my new Audi Q3 yesterday. My Audi brand specialist -Cory Watson made the whole process easy from start to finish! Cory made sure I was able to test drive all the cars I was interested in. Because my car had to be ordered, Cory made sure I knew the status of my car’s whereabouts as it made its way towards Calgary. And then I got the call - it’s here!! Cory was an awesome salesperson and I was so happy with the service he provided me. I would also like to give a shout-out to Scott Barker - the finance manager who was very helpful and Cameron who took me through the ins and outs of my new car! You will be very happy with service here and really should give Cory Watson a try. He will not disappoint you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a word - Exceptional. From the moment I contacted Audi Royal Oak, and spoke with my salesman Vince Tran, I knew that I was in good hands. Vince is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Audi brand. We had several chats about the car and then there was the test drive…SOLD! For the first time in my life, I ordered a vehicle to my specifications. Every month after the order was placed, I heard from Vince to tell me the progress of my car, and when it would be arriving in Calgary. Along the way, if I had any inquiries or questions, Vince could and would answer every one without hesitation. I highly recommend Audi Royal Oak, and if you can get Vince to help you out, you will not be disappointed - he really goes that extra mile. He is knowledgeable, professional, and terrific to talk to. Thank you also to Scott Barker, the finance manager. The financial portion was easy and seamless. My delivery date was wonderful, and low stress thanks to Scott. I have now had my beautiful new Audi for almost a month now and I absolutely love it!

The whole financing process went very smoothly and they kept us updated along the way while giving us a fair price for our trade ins. Having been to many dealerships in the past, I must acknowledge that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Royal Oak Audi!
