Mr. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the ownership, acquisition, development and management of self storage, residential and industrial real estate in Canada.
Mr. Scott is the Chair of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (TSXV: PKT) and serves as Director and Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC). Mr. Scott also serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Self Storage Association.
Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and the CPA and CA designations.

They lent me their mover van to help with the initial move and even reserved a bay on my move out date. Josie was very helpful, friendly, accomodating, and just fantastic to work with. 100% recommended!

I've used Sentinel Self Storage for the first time and found the staff are nothing short of amazing, helpful, cheerful and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or to use again. I haven't honestly checked pricing at other storage facilities, but even if I did find a better rate, I wouldn't leave Sentinel. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me, and Petty, Josie and Dupsy have this in spades. I use the Spyhill NW location. Clean, well organized, convenient and secure. What else could you want?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great customer support. We really appreciated Josie's help. She informed us that we had free truck rental included to move out our items since we had a Costco membership card. That was really amazing. The facility is well kept and secure. The loading docks and large elevators makes it easy to load and unload bigger items. The only feedback is to consider selling lifting straps on site. We really recommend using their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of meeting Josie and Betty today who were able to kindly assist me and get me situated into a 10x18 storage unit! We worked out a great deal and they were both super kind and knowledgeable. I feel very confident that my belongings are safe and well looked after. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained from what I can see, and also has lots of great equipment for use to haul your belongings around in.
If I had any feedback, it would be for the corporate side or whoever manages the call center when you inquire about pricing and availability. They are WAY too aggressive in spam calling you/emailing you, and it becomes more of a deterrent/annoyance rather than an incentive to do business here. If it wasn't for the amazing experience I had with Josie and Betty, I would have gone somewhere else for sure.
