My sister and I purchased our cars at the same time from Brad and Noel and had a wonderful experience, we continue to enjoy those wonderful experiences everytime we have our vehicles serviced by the service department. Our parents have two BMW’s which are also serviced by the team at Norrhwest Acura and their Parts Team has been outfitting all of our Acura and other family vehicles with Tires for the better part of a decade. Keep up the great work you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpected, Next Day Service for a simple Battery issue on my 2007 RDX. Great Work by Brett, Liam and the rest of the Service Department Team!
Brett and the team were Very Accommodating and provided First Class service for a first time customer who dropped in off the stree without an appointment.
I was really impressed with the video of my battery, outlining the suggested service required. This was all in an email to me and I was able authorize the work immediately online. They even provided a multi point inspection and washed the vehicle for me, all at a very reasonable cost.
Overall I'm Very Impressed with the Customer Service. I have no qualms recommending NW Acura to my friends that also have Acura vehicles and I will be back for other service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience all round truly, from one end to the end. From the receptionist right down to each individual manager. I am currently on my second Acura and will be a loyal client for many many years to come. Highly recommend, the service department also services a few other of my family members vehicles which are not Acuras. Great job Guys!

I ordered a part through Alex for a relatively older Acura vehicle. Unfortunately none of the Acura dealerships across Canada had the part. Most parts guy will just tell the client the part is not available and to call back another day. But Alex checked the inventory everyday and provided me frequent updates. It took a while for the part to show up in Canada but I am very happy with Alex’s service.

Prior to attending any dealership, a quick on-line research on suitable vehicles was conducted. Acura Canada has a YouTube video that was clear, concise and answered many of our questions prior to attending an Acura dealer. As Covid was still affecting vehicle inventory, our on-line search indicated that NW Acura had available an RDX color combination that was of interest to us.
On arrival to the dealership, we spoke with Koh, who appraised our trade-in while Effren explained new features to the RDX as well as providing us with a test drive. Koh and Effren were super welcoming and responsive to our requests. The trade-in value provided by Koh was fair resulting in completing the purchase transaction within 1 hour of arriving to the dealership. Hats off to Koh and Effren for such a splendid purchase experience.
The vehicle delivery experience was exceptional as well. Josh had documents readily available for immediate signature; the license plate transfer was completed prior to our arrival. Also, it was greatly appreciated that the delivery specialist thoroughly exhibited the major technology and comfort options available to the RDX.
