Do some people drop the ball once in a blue moon sometimes . But their service is so amazing. Worth it ! Surprised by the rating at least ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ .
R	Ryan Sawyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car to Mr Lube in Walmart Royal Oak to have them do a seasonal tire swap on my car. While they were doing the job, they called me to inform me that my Cabin Air Filter needed to be replaced. I had just changed it the week prior, so I knew it was in nearly perfect shape and I declined the offer to replace. When I got the car home I went to look at the Cabin Air Filter to confirm it was still in good shape, and the housing for the Cabin Air Filter was broken and would no longer close the door to hold the filter in place, as well as the filter looking brand new still. I contacted management at the Mr Lube Royal Oak and they sent photos to head office and explained to them how the car was damaged. They basically told me they would not repair the damage to my car that they caused and I am left with a broken Cabin Air Filter housing. Do not let them touch your vehicles! It's not worth it.

After they inspected my car, they found something wrong, tie rod left side. I already knew this problem at my SUV. they fixed it at very honest and reasonable price. I visited this store first time. I so impressed !! front guy is very kind,, much much better than Canadian tire auto shop...

I went in for an oil change before it was even due two weeks later the oil change light came up on my car. Guy went out trying to cancel the light. I ask him if they really didn't change my oil he had no answer but they charged me $114.43 so why is my light coming on .They said i had a bad oil leak which they found when they were supposed to be changing my oil.Billed me 139.96 to wash my engine only to be told they cant find the leak i should come back. I have made six trips back but there is never a mechanic there and I'm told to come back. Why do they offer mechanic services. This place has wasted my money,my time and disturbed greatly my peace of mind. So unless you want to have a similar experience find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

I went in to get a quote for replacing my timing belt, serpentine belt and water pump. I asked the gentlemen at the front roughly how much it would be for the work, without hesitation he quoted $2000.00 for the work, I think not. Instead, I went to the Canadian Tire service garage in Dalhousie, they did all the exact same work for almost half the price! Don't waste your time with these guys, if you want good quality mechanical work at a reasonable price visit the guys at Canadian Tire Dalhousie.

I wasn't too sure about the price but the man insisted me to change it in the shop. He charged me a filter for 74.99! What a scam! Later I figured out Mr Lube charged more than 3 times than retail price for the filter. I can not find any reason they charged a filter for 74.99 and that is ridiculous. Guys stay away from this shop.

Will follow up with editing the review based on what they do next. Sean is great at customer service, that I will say. ________________________ They messed up my oil change, vehicle leaked almost all the oil into my driveway of the new home we just bought. They said they'd handle it, and here we are a long time after and they've done nothing. They didn't reimburse me for the oil change, for my gas or time having to go back, or cleaned my driveway. Until they make good on all those things this review will stay up. If they don't they will be hearing from my lawyer pretty soon.

I wanted to ask if the could top off the fluid level of whatever it originated from. I though it was coming from the PTU of my Ford Edge, but within a few minutes after they put it on the bridge, the technician identified it as steering wheel fluid ( by the smell). Quite a relief. The level was topped up and i was sent my way. Really appreciated the swift knowledgeable support and customer service. Next time definitely go there for a service to the car. Great guys working there; very friendly and honest.
