★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with the woman working in the customer service. I wanted to buy a device and asked her to price match against the same device sold on Amazon. She first questioned me that they are not the same. But after I showed her that the model number and everything is the same, she then refused me to offer price match because it is sold on Amazon. She was rude and impatient all the time. In case London Drugs care to know who she is: this happened in Feb. 8th afternoon 2022 around 3 pm. London Drugs should consider hire someone that actually serves the customers in "customer service", but not some rude and arrogant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passport photo quality is very bad, it’s over bright, not proper contrast or sharpness. Black tall guy(photographer) was very polite, explained their limitations and ready to return money. But in evening when I went there to get refund a white man (Tech Specialist) was trying to convince me that it doesn’t matter whether I like photo or not it’s up to government. That was so weird to know, finally he refunded after lots of arguments and rudeness at the end(without any words). Being a Royal oak community neighbor I will give one more try but if quality continue to be the same then I have to find someone else.
