L	Linda “changing lives” D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really the greatest selection for produce prices have gone up but I think that's just a sign of the times. The new buzzword '"shrinkflation" smaller quantities and higher prices. But overall Walmart offers good quality
C	Claire Toby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never had issues at this Walmart, sometimes the cashiers are very pushy to sign up for the Walmart rewards Mastercard, however today I went in, and the lady at the self checkout told me about a new rewards card, it was not a credit card, there were no fees and I could get $40 off my bill. I asked multiple times about it being a credit card, which she denied, and then proceeded to sign me up. After signing up she told me my new Mastercard would be in the mail shortly. I told her I never consented to signing up for a credit card and was quite upset that she lied…she apologized and told me that as long as I don’t activate the card it would be cancelled. We called customer support for the new Mastercard and the rep was great in helping me cancel the application and ensured that this would not effect my credit score/all info would be erased from their system. At the end of the day, I’m super disappointed with the level of customer care and the flat out lying that happened today at the store. Walmart needs to do better at training their employees to be truthful and transparent especially in regards to this new rewards Mastercard Awful experience today!!!!!

Poor communication, Poor price checking, Poor CS (some guys are very rude and arrogant! You know who I am talking about if you been there before), don't even bother to pay a visit there unless you really need to buy something and other stores are closed at the moment. again, that 1 star in my mind is equal to -5
N	Nally Souraya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this Walmart for over 15 years and Cristal is by far the worst employee I’ve ever met. She’s sitting on a register at the self check out refusing to use her feet for anything. I asked for a bag and she advised me they’re sold out. All good. She points to an empty the area and says “there’s boxes there you’re welcome to take”. There were no boxes. I asked if she was able to move her body and check for me and she shook her head quite dramatically to say no. Her vest “we’re happy to help” is clearly false advertising because Cristal had no intention on happily doing anything for anybody else. She was so incredibly useless it was astonishing. I’d give 5 stars for being absolute trash at your job though! ? well done Cristal!
A	Aqua Bub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be good but I probably will avoid going inside. There is almost 0 customer service at this location, every time you need something that’s kept under lock you literally have to chase someone around and look for someone first, then they call someone who takes forever to assist you. The checkout lines are a mess and on the weekends you can expect to wait almost 30 minutes to an hour trying to check out. On top of that when you get there they’re extremely pushy with their credit card. Self checkout is faster but they’ve also stopped cleaning the self checkout machines. Not to mention that they don’t even have plastic bags or any sort of purchase-able bags in the self checkout lanes. Another annoying thing is the security guards just hassle people and on some days the machine just goes off on literally everyone who walks in/out. There’s also always people heckling outside during the summers. I think the only saving grace this place has is that it’s significantly cheaper than shopping at any other stores, on top of that they curbside pickup and delivery through Instacart which still ends up coming out cheaper than most competitors.
K	Kimbus Ogul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always find a good reason to visit Walmart and I love how it’s standardized across locations. Definitely makes me feel like I have been there before. As regards the location at country hills I enjoy going through wonderful deals and using the price check to confirm prices especially when items have been displaced by previous shoppers - I don’t have to ask a staff member to scan prices. It was disappointing discovering that price match does nothing occur on store clearance that would have been fun. Despite this shortcoming I enjoy my early morning trips to the super center. Wouldn’t you?
M	Mark Powers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as Wal Marts go. This one is decent. No nightmares or anything bad. People that shop won’t give you the heebee jeebees. Washrooms were spotless, parking is plentiful, clean inside the store. Full shelves. Good lighting. Even it being busy when we went check out was quick. If you ever want a nightmare Walmart…go visit the Marlbrough Mall location…worth just going to people watch!
S	Sam Myers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff have been helpful - no bad experiences here - been coming here in and off for years - my son lives in the area so whenever in town I’m in shopping with him - he passed away last month in a car accident in Tuscany - so sadly I won’t be back again … these past 6 weeks of by daily shopping trips to wal mart while staying at his home in Royal Oak handling his affairs and emptying his place have all been pleasant experiences and help out to my car wasn’t too bad to get the times I needed it Thank you
