She is very personable and fun to chat to, she's always on time and her space is clean with great Covid precautions in place. As soon as I met Melissa my nerves began to dissipate, she made it as relaxing and easy of an experience as it could be; always checking in to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. She's also easy to get a hold of and very friendly! I highly recommend checking her out if you wanna start your electrolysis journey

She is great about adjusting the sessions depending on how sensitive you are as it can change for each session. She has always been on time and very professional. Her clients are a priority to her and she tries her best to accommodate and work with them. Melissa has provided guidance on the scheduling of my appointments as I am getting to the point I only need an appointment once every 6 weeks for stray persist hairs. I started with just my chin and neck and have moved to upper lip and eyebrows. I wish I had known about FolliCare earlier.
