★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Royal Oak Optical have served my optical needs for over a decade. I've purchased a least five pairs of glasses there including Guess, D&G and others. Every year, Dr Bina Lila is trusted to exam my eyes and let me know how they've changed. When its time for new glasses, they have the latest technology lenses for my long days on the computer. On those occasions when my glasses need a little TLC, Esther is excellent at tightening the frames. I once tried a big box store optical department for glasses and it ended up costing me several trips to get them adjusted properly and in the end returned them. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a great place like Royal Oak Optical who do everything right the first time. Thank you Dr Lila and Esther.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having problems with my prescription glasses from another eye doctor & so I called in asking if I could book an emergency appt to see Dr Lila. I had never seen her before or gone to the clinic but my eyesight was really suffering from a wrong diagnosis and I was calling around the city to get in anywhere. I was told Dr Lila was just leaving for the day - but they put her on the phone to talk to me anyways. I explained my situation and that I was unable to see properly with my current contacts and she offered to wait at the clinic and stay late just to do a re-test on me that day. She was very attentive and thorough and helped me get my proper prescription of contacts right away. Couldn’t have asked for better service - huge thanks to her and her staff (especially Esther for her great customer service and making sure I felt taken care of). Would highly recommend!

Missy Tindall in particular has always been very helpful with helping me set up my appointments, processing payments, and helping me pick out the right frames that are best suited to my face. I would highly recommend booking your next eye appointment and purchasing your frames from Royal Oak Optical.

In the dispensary, Esther was very helpful , very knowledgeable, and had an amazing sense of humor, a quality much appreciated in these challenging times.
We consider this "our place" now for our Optometric requirements. Hope Esther is there for a long time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Esther for her assistance in helping me pick out new frames. Once again I'm a happy customer. Been going to the clinic for 10 years and ALL staff have been great. The tech took time to explain the machines and what there purpose was.
Dr. Lilia, as usual is gracious with her time and her diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say the team at Royal Oak Optical is customer focused is an understatement as they take so much care and attention to every detail. What a wonderful place with outstanding service! They have looked after my family for more than a decade and the service keeps getting better and better.
When you arrive, you will always get a friendly face to greet you. Esther is always kind and helpful, not only with myself but especially with my elderly parents. She always does her best to fit me in (at short notice) and ensure that my orders are expedited when needed all whilst doing multiple glasses adjustments for my parents ;o) .
I appreciate that Royal Oak continue to take good steps to protect their staff and customers throughout the pandemic to ensure that they stay open and provide the eye care services we need.
