We received great customer service from everyone and were completely satisfied with our purchase. The team went above and beyond making sure my wife and I were educated on their products and knew the differences between various lenses. The prices were more than reasonable and they direct billed our insurance which saved us the hassle of doing it. I would definately recommend FYI Doctors - Tuscany for anyone looking for glasses, contacts, etc. Thanks again and I will be seeing you guys in the future. Happy Holidays!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter needed glasses and Sara (Sarah) was amazing! She was so patient and knowledgeable as she helped us try on dozens of styles until we finally found a winner. We never felt rushed or pressured. They had a lot of nice styles and colours. Overall, couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kidd was fantastic. Got me in last minute and referred me to the eye clinic for surgery. A real sense saver. He has a great team backing him up as well and they saved me money by checking on my insurance coverage after the surgery when I required glasses. This is the place to go for all your optical needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you again for your dedication to helping others!

The doctor knows his stuff, and his staff also knows just what suits each person best. If you need glasses, this is the place to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Tamber and the staff here. Everyone was kind, and seemed to really enjoy working together. For an extra cost you can receive your pupillary distance (for those of us who buy single vision glasses online) and there is no rudeness or demand to buy glasses from their store. If you do like buying glasses in store they have a great selection. Kind of wish my vision was worse, because I really enjoyed being a patient here.

Our kids have been coming here with us since they were little and have enjoyed coming and never had a problem, even when some of the equipment might be intimidating. I have no hesitation recommending them if anyone is looking for a good opticians.
