★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Tuscany Starbucks today on my way to work and I had the best experience! The barista was this handsome boy named Alex and he was such a delight!! I was having such a bad day since my husband had just filed for divorce and he made me smile for the first time in weeks!! The most sociable person ever, I can’t stress this enough !! Also, the latte he made me was LIFE-CHANGING I had to leave 5 stars I let my daughter try it and she said she hadn’t had a Starbucks that good EVER!! please give this young man a raise or something, I will be coming back OFTEN! I will literally give all my money just to have him make me coffee again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST Starbucks in the entire city of Calgary. I live near by, and I come here nearly everyday. Not anymore! They never fail to give me a completely different drink than what I ordered. Staff is also seriously incompetent and unprofessional. If they mess up, they somehow make the customer feel bad for it. Then they remake the drink in a very sloppy way and it turns out horrible the second time. Will be advising people not to come to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff that are always friendly. I’ve noticed that this store is getting much busier yet the quality is still being maintained. When the service slows down the staff are always careful to notify the customers to help with their expectations. With so many Starbucks closing down I’m happy to see this one open and providing good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s Starbucks... so the coffee is great. But there was 8 people working there and just the barista (a girl) working super hard... the rest of the staff were only running around (like purple minions) doing the job but super slow! I was waiting 25 minutes!! For two coffees... maybe they can improve their organization. Thank you! Also the cashier was really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cause I wanna the 50th anniversary cup, order 2 tall size holiday drink. But I didn't get the cups! They told me tall saize can't have the cup. I was so disappointed and there's no rules for the size of the drink!

I got the peach iced tea and yea I don't know what to say about it, it was great
Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants something good to drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting family that wasn’t home so stopped here to kill some time on my laptop while waiting for them. The till clerk wasn’t as friendly and outgoing as most other locations but she was still polite and prompt.
I had a chorizo sausage & egg sandwich for a late snack which was very tasty. I went with a tea for the day (tip if you are staying in the cafe please ask for a ceramic mug and save the paper cup)
Location was clean but my table was broken and wobbled badly, had to move tables so my tea wouldn’t spill.
I’ll come back to this location in the future.
