★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wei is a very very horrible employee. She is very arrogant, rude and incapable of her job. She treats the other staff terribly and does not do her own job properly. Please demote or fire her because she is terrible at her job.

Water in the spray park could possibly be warmer but my kids like it.
I dislike the peagravel in the playground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are not very helpful and treat people at the gate or with questions pretty rudely. I came in to sign up for membership and had to ring the bell for service when the office girls were in the back and could clearly see me. Not sure what their deal is?! Their job is customer service and they are sadly failing. I have also tried booking a room for my sons birthday party and I was directed to email the coordinator who answered my questions over a period of days instead of promptly and with very to the point answers or none at all, it’s very frustrating having to deal with anyone there and makes me sad that they represent our community center. The splash park is great though and the only reason we like our membership there.
