★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The university district is a little plain. I just thought the area would be a bit more 'forward thinking' since it's owned by the university after all. For example, there are no bike lanes on the main street (neither dedicated lanes or painted ones). It is nice to have a bit more urban feel as opposed to strip malls and big box stores and parking lots though.
