Rupee was very helpful in seeing if other color of frames were available as they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. She also tightened and cleaned my existing ones.

The staff made sure I found glasses that look great and were in my price range! I will definitely be back for my next exam and glasses!

The young man who completed my order was thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He even offered to look up and include coverage from my Blue Cross plan - not all eyewear shops take that initiative. He was open about the time needed to fill the order being likely more than 2 weeks. I appreciated his customer service skills.

She was patient and answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable. I usually have trouble finding frames I like, but they had a great selection and were very helpful in helping pick the perfect ones. I highly recommend Blink Eyewear!

I went to Optic International in Beacon Hill to see if they could install the new lens but they did not have the equipment to do it. So they turned me away. I was just in the area and googled NW optometrist and Blink Eyewear popped. I called first and explained my situation. It was about 4 pm and she told me they closed in 1 hour. She said they could try today and maybe tomorrow if I can't make it. So I drove over right away. The girl at the front desk was friendly and greeted me when I came into the clinic. At first Shagufa tried to just pop it but it was a touch too big. She checked the prescription and said she will try to shave it down for me. I did not buy these glasses from there and I've never been to this clinic before. In about 15 minutes she got the lens in. She even checked to make sure the glasses were perfect. She said they were bang on. The concern was cutting or shaving down the lens cause affect the lens. I was impressed with the customer service. So impressed I booked my annual eye exam tomorrow. Both ladies did an amazing job and went over and above for me. I will switching my whole family over to this clinic from now on. Thank You!!
