Optometrist Dr Joyce Lee is careful and professional. She has been helpful to myself and members of my family in several situations with eye problems. The staff here are pleasant and professional.

Wrong prescription provided by Joyce Lee found by optical supply while I was trying to make new glasses. Wasted time and money for eye examination. Very disappointed. As professional, you should carefully give right information.

My optometrist retired so I gave Vision a try even though their prices are higher. I had my new glasses for a couple of months and discovered a mass of scratch marks on one of the lenses, visible enough to obstruct my vision. I thought I must have scratched the glasses by accident because I just leave them on my table at work when I don’t need to use them (I only use them for driving). So I used the one-time replacement warranty and ever since then, I put them in the case whenever I take them off. In two weeks’ time, I found the same pattern of scratches again, but on both lenses. So I went to the store and let the staff check it out. He looked at the case and said that their lenses were of good quality. I was not asking for compensation but just to alert them to the fact that the lenses are of poor quality. I re-iterated the fact that I have always been very careful with my glasses but the store manager said she never had any complaints from other customers and repeatedly told me that the suppliers provided good quality lenses. While she may never have had complaints from other customers, there’s always a first time for everything, and that first time happened to be my case. And it’s always possible that their suppliers may have sourced a faulty batch. I told her that there are just 2 things that the lenses can come into contact with: the easy clip-on shades and a cleaning cloth. She ruled out the easy clip-ons and suggested that I must have done something to the lenses without knowing. I have had glasses for years and I never had any scratch issues. I am the user and I know how careful I have been with the replacement lenses. I am confident to say that the lenses are of questionable quality. I am writing this review to alert future customers. Make sure to have a thorough understanding of the lenses the store provides and may be worth to consider more expensive lenses that can last.

Purchased a pair of glasses from them almost a year a go. First had issues with the lenses strength, they made small tweaks and said to just go with it. Ran into issues with them and had to get them re-aligned as well as the arm piece suddenly coming apart. I am gentle with my glasses as they are new and above my regular budget (you pay for better quality right?), but the arms are 2 different pieces held together with cheap glue. Had them fix it and it was fine for a few months. Contacted them once again for the same piece coming apart, they said I had warranty and would replace the entire frame (which they didn't) and they just cheaply repaired the arm. Third time this same bloody arm comes off as I'm at work, so I try contacting them again with no response. Waste of money and time. Now I am getting different frames and lenses at a completely different area. Always money with these stupid businesses I swear. I paid more for quality and durability but its actually trash.

Been seeing them for over 10 years now and very happy with their service. Everyone there is genuinely friendly, helpful and professional. Chelsea helped my son out today by replacing his glasses within minutes of our impromptu visit because it was still covered under warranty. So thankful! Highly recommend this place.

I have been getting my glasses from this Visions Eyecare for 10+ years. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. If you ever need a small adjustment made to your glasses they are always happy to help. Do yourself a favor and go in to see them. They have not once disappointed me in any way. Dr. Joyce Lee this location's Optometrist is also very good.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lee for several years and we are always happy with her and her staff. She is knowledgeable, patient and always takes the time to answer our questions. We've never had a problem with her glasses prescription. The staff are very good at helping us choose our glasses and never try to sell us something we don't need. Always a pleasure going there!
