★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supply was low on the shelves. Understandable. Some chocolates are behind the counter, so if you're looking for the assorted bars you'll need to ask. They do deliver as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pick up some chocolate on day of Christmas Eve and received unfriendly customer service. The worker that was helping me was grumpy and was not smiling and seem like she didn't want to be there. Seeing that the selection was slim, I ask if some chocolate was discontinued, they said it's because of Christmas, but when I asked about some of our favorite truffles, they said it was discontinued. Was not friendly in volunteering info and just didn't care. Will be looking elsewhere for alternative option due to unpleasant experience and new chocolate menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother lives out of town and ordered some chocolate for Easter to be delivered to me. There was a mix up with the delivery and it got delivered to the wrong address. The staff were so quick to resolve the issue. Gave her a full refund and personally delivered the order and a few extra treats within a few hours. Such great customer service. Would 100% recommend and use them again for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's was a rushed and unpleasant experience . I enjoy giving quality chocolate at Christmas. However the rudeness of a staff member lessened the experience. You'd think buying 90$ worth of chocolate I would get some decent service . Won't go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much for such a lovely experience! I was able to get quite a bit of non-plastic covered chocolate (quality ones too ???) and I'm so happy with it. Quinn (the girl working) was happy to accomadate my using my own containers ? Too bad I wasn't able to get everything I wanted due to all the packaging the other chocolates had covering them but still this here was $120 + well spent ♡ Looking forward to coming back now that I know that there are things I can get here with little to no packaging waste.
