★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently there is new owner as of Last Monday who doesn’t know what customer service is. Our order was messed up and he didn’t seem to care. He didn’t have an excuse and didn’t do anything to fix the issue. Our pizza didn’t have all the ingredients on the order. He acknowledged it was missing toppings and just carried on with charging us the full price. Bring back the previous owner as this person doesn’t know how to solve problems nor how to treat a customer right. I had a similar issue 6 months ago and the previous owner made us a new pizza on the spot and didn’t even charge us for it because they cared about the customer. This person seems like he came from a different world where customer service is nonexistent. Will be going to another location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally this location is very good but my last order with them was unacceptable. Food was burnt and pizza dough was inconsistent, it looked like it was flipped over after cooking. See my pics below.
Update : dominos reached out to me and agreed that the product this time was subpar, they gave me a credit for a future visit and I may try them again in the new year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what I always expect to see when I order garlic fingers. The bacon was added before, perfect! Side of donair sauce! Perfect!
It's rare our repeat order ever shows up like this though. But tonight, we eat with big smiles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think we might have to start ordering pizza from specialty pizza places. Dominoes used to be our go to but for our recent and last past times the pizza barely had much cheese and sauce.
We don’t mind paying extra for the double cheese if that’s what it takes but the double cheese portion is really little and tastes like the regular amount or less. It’s disappointing that paying extra doesn’t get you the extra ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordering for yesrs from this location,I order only the cheese with fetacheni Alfredo since and i pay extra for that but for dime reason they completely avoid the Alfredo and no cheese very dry
And I keep ordering thiniking this time it will be OK but that's it I will never order from this location somthing is not right here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced such an unprofessional act from a restaurant company in my life.
Delivery drivers not only opening your food, but then having the audacity to eat your part of your order! On top of that, they have even MORE audacity to put back the bones of the chicken wings THEY ATE back in the box and proceed to deliver the order as if nothing was wrong. Then they refuse to admit fault and apologize.
I will NEVER order from this location ever again. Who knows what else they have done to other people's order.
Based on our family's experience today, I would highly recommend to stay away from this Domino's location at all costs.
I would rate 0/5 stars if I could. 1/5 would be extremely generous.
