Went to see Dr. Myra Magerman today. She is the most genuine caring Dr. Took time to answer our questions and never feels rushed. Dr. Mabunda was also there greeting us ever so friendly and pleasant. With this pandemic going on they were just a ray of sunshine that we all need in these tough days we are all encountering. Thank you both for such a pleasant visit.. would give you 10 stars and more....

Although I have had issues with phoning in and getting an appointment I am still going to stay loyal to oasis as long as Dr. Magerman stays here. She is the first doctor I have ever found that seems to genuinely care about my health. She has been patient and thorough. I am so glad to have found a doctor I trust to get to the bottom of my health issues and not just write a prescription and send you out the door. I have heard they recently updated their software and appointment booking system. Maybe this will help the front desk issues???

There can sometimes be long wait times (some times) but that is normal. I hate being rushed when visiting the doctor, and Dr Magerman does not do that. She is absolutely fantastic. She makes me feel comfortable and Genuinely cares about me and my family. She listens to all of my questions, never rushes and goes above and beyond in ensuring both mine and my childrens’ health. Recommend her 100%!

I'm happy with this clinic, happy to have such a good family doctor. Dr Moira Magerman has been our family doctor for a couple of years now, and she's awesome! You can tell the clinic is busier now, though, b/c now she is often in more of a rush during appointments. If there is high turnover - she hasn't turned over yet - in about 2 years. :) We have not typically had long waits for times that we have had an appointment. I get that stuff happens, and sometimes some appointments take longer than others, so these things are not rote and always predictable, but we haven't had long waits for seeing our doctor, so I'm sure they are doing the best they can to keep to times as much as they are able. The only time we had a really long wait was when we came as a 'walk-in' without an appointment. And the reason the wait was so long is that one doctor had to leave, and the other doctor was doing all her regular appointments and squeezing any walk-in patients in, in between - understandably difficult circumstances. Stuff happens. Yes, reception has had some difficulty in the past with employees with poor English skills, but it's okay now, and the ones that are there now seem quite efficient.

If it wasn't for Dr. Moira I'd be gone! Horrible supporting staff, tried calling for the last 2 days without any answers, I will need to in person to make an appointment, good way to prevent exposure to Covid19? I was suppose to have some tests done that the front staff forgot to book me for. The ownership of this establishment should consider investing in a receptionist and some proper experienced staff.

I love Dr. Moira Magerman, she is caring and nice but I am very much unhappy with the front desk staff. They are rude and not helpful at all. They don't care about patient's urgent matters, don't have idea how to manage doctor's appointment schedules and between 2 staff don't have any communications. They give different answers for the same inquiry. Everyone in my family sees Dr. Moira Magerman and happy with her service but front staff sometimes make me change my doctor. I hope, clinic will do something to educate the front staff to improve their service.

I placed a total of 12 calls over an 8 day period and finally had my call answered today, again after my 12th time ringing the clinic. Within a few minutes into the call I was already put on hold twice, and every time after I began talking to the same receptionist again, she would ask me to repeat information I already gave to her before each time I was put on hold. It was needlessly frustrating having to repeat to the same person 3 different times what my name was and my purpose for calling. Dr. Mabunda ended up taking over the call and I was able to sort out everything I needed within a few moments. Overall I would not recommend this clinic unless you have no other alternatives to turn to.

This place is the worst medical clinic in calgary bar none.. front staff are so incompetent they told me I had to wait 5 days for them to check the fax machine for test results that came in the week prior. And also claimed the results weren’t on netcare when the testing clinic told me they were.. absolutely laughable that they hire these people..
