I was told I needed an account which I don't have. I drove to the nearest Royal Bank where I do have an account and they didn't ask me for my account card or anything, they just exchanged money for money like a good bank should. Terrible service! I can promise you I will never get an account here!!

Day-To-Day Banking is available for all customers. Very neat and clean environment. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bank has separate parking for it’s customers. The drive thru banking for customers are also available with the bank building. ATM Inside the bank building also available. Wheelchair accessible from outside available.

The one issue I've had is that a lot of things (like opening an account) are actually handled in Vancouver or downtown, causing unnecessary delays for something that someone in the branch should be able to do easily. Once past the initial (annoying) hoops caused by over-centralization, I've been happy with the service in this branch.

They don't have envelopes so you can't deposit, or it simply declines your request for cash. I will not be returning.
S	Seth Hewie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a credit card and needed to verify my identity, but when I called I was told I didn’t need to book an appointment because it was a quick and easy process. So I came into the branch the next day and was helped by a nice teller but apparently I did need an appointment. After a few minutes they were able to help me thankfully and I was verified. They told me my application was pending and I needed to call HSBC MasterCard to get a result. I called the number and was told they should have told me the result in branch and he could not say anything because only the branch could handle that. Very disorganized.
