★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are pretty rude at this branch. Last time they said to stand outside and someone will get me, that time I stood outside for 10 mins while they keep on letting people in. Today I stood inside to get attention and they told me next time to stand outside again. Most of the time they're not looking out, somebody should switch managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect to wait for hours. The tellers are excellent but the mortgage/investments specialists are all terrible and very difficult to deal with. I actually heard two of them yell at the teller while she was trying to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long wait for tellers when open, sketchy and dirty ATM kiosk after hours. The branch needs some security, as more than once I've arrived after work (like 6 pm) to find someone passed out in front of the machines. Other times it has smelled worse than a washroom.
The convenience of the location isn't worth it now, I'm considering switching to a bank that takes its customer experience more seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being a BMO customer for over a decade I'm cancelling 100% of my accounts and never going back. I was hacked 3 times in four years, now they refuse to update my name change even with three types of government photo ID.
The other bank I deal with I have never had an issue ever in regards to being hacked and they quickly and easily handled the name change.
Nothing but headaches every time with BMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I had called in because I was scammed from a purchase that I have made in April, the lady at this branch who helped me was extremely rude, told me "Next time, don't made unknown purchases on your card" and telling me to not purchase anything from the States or outside of Canada. She also apparently reported my account as Fraud. I didn't call for fraud or commit any kind of fraud. Simply I wanted either my refund or to do a dispute for the scam. Terrible customer service I was dealt with today! I was told that nothing could be done about it cause I made the purchase and I should've known better. I'm honestly considering closing my account and going elsewhere. This is not cool and not how customers should be treated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had previous good experiences at this branch. But not today. The lady I dealt with was rude. Will not return to this branch after this visit. Not everyone has 15 minutes or what of been possibly more well a banker looks for every reason not to cash your cheque even though you've cashed multiple cheques from the same employer at this very same branch.
