S	SUPERB IVORY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I haven't had poor personal customer service, when activating my account I have had a persistent problem with the staff of this branch not properly releasing a "hold" on my account. This hold stops me from making deposits via their mobile cheque deposit system and receiving money through Interac e-transfer. Despite having had two high-priority emails sent to their branch, they refuse to fix this issue that should have been fixed when I opened my account. Try another branch instead.
J	Julia Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ customer service is just deplorable/unacceptable for a Canadian or American bank, in my opinion. This includes not only the teller, but also the other workers there as well, and the manager. First of all, workers are incredibly slow - as is the "work ethic" in many foreign countries. Secondly, they do not care if they do your transaction correctly. I had an experience there a few weeks ago where a teller had made a mistake...okay, no biggie. However, manager walked over and asked the teller how he was - did not even address me (the customer) to make sure I understood it was a mistake, and would be fixed promptly. When it's my money? That doesn't make sense. Overall, everyone should be canned who works here. Start all over with new management and staff. There is no other way to redeem this branch.
R	Ricky Choi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have good experience with Scotia bank in the past. I have finally meet a personal banker Lalita who have meet my expectation. She will spend time to understand my banking need and provide useful recommendation. Furthermore, she will answer calls and reply my email. (Believe it or not, the two personal banker at the other branch only response when they feel like). Thank you Lalita for all your effort to keep a happy customer.

M	Madan Nath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this Branch (Country Hills Boulevard, NE, Calgary) in order to close the credit card. I was co-signer with my daughter. One of the guys said I need to pay the whole amount to close the card. He said I will no more be associated with this card after making the payment of the whole amount. The amount was more than one thousand. I made payment and they made the decision to close the card. They said it will take two business days to close the card. I agreed to it. However, the card is not closed yet. I called to Scotia Bank's customer service that stated my complaint will be redirected to the Branch. Due to their fault, I see more than 300 dollars that might be spent by my daughter. It happened as they did not close the credit card. This is the worst service I got from this Branch.

They can't change my old debit card to new one and asked me to call my home branch in Ottawa. Previously, i did get my debit card changed here in Calgary without any issues. Waited more than half an hour but they have no clue about anything. I also needed a bank draft urgently and the lady just said we can't process your bank draft. The manager was standing just behind her and couldn't even step in to help a customer.

Wheelchair access to the bank is available. Drive thru banking is open 24/7 including ATM access. The bank also has restrooms for customers. The bank staff are helpful and friendly to their all customers. It has various kind of banking in this branch.
