I wish I can give negative review to this branch and many other BMO branches. The worst banking experience you will ever get. I have called 14 times, always had to leave a voicemail. They send me random emails from branch manager (Daniel), they send me random offers , but no help is provided when I need them to take some action. My car loan was to be renewed, they sent me some random letter but when asked for clarification, no response. Worst of all, they have bad business hours, they did not allow me to close the bank account when I wanted to, and they did not allow me to do any walk-in work. They make me take an appointment which they say, they do not have the rep. Better off banking with online banks and others where they accommodate hours for clients. BMO, after 18 years of business with you, I am done and moving elsewhere. Stop sending me your garbage email of offers and thank you notes!

Worst bank branch I ever visited in my life. If google has negative rating, I would rate this branch negative 1000. If you do decided to come to this branch, prepare to receive the worst of the worst customer service.

Bad experience in setting up an appointment on this Branch and Beddington Center St branch. Appointment was set but at last minute they have to cancel BOTH TIMES BOTH BRANCHES. HORRENDOUS. Due to many reasons. Get ready to get frustrated.

It said online no fees transfer between saving to chqing account. I done those transaction online charge me $5.00. teller tell me this suppose saving purpose. I open this account only 1 month old. Already not getting help.

Terrible service and customer care for both Teller and Manager. I just come to ask for my Direct Deposit and swift code. They ask me unprofessional a question and made the simple thing become so serious. I promises never come back to that place again.

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever encountered in 10 yrs with BMO!!! Bank teller meddled with my account behind my back, without my authorizatuon!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Went to the bank for some simple transaction, this lady bank teller can't explain the bank policies in a logical order, and gave such horrible attitude when I tried to confirm with her messy explanation. After I left the bank, I received a notification from BMO that my bank information has been changed, so I went back to the branch manager immediately and he has revised the changes for me and promised me to have a conversation with this particular bank teller and investigate the reason behind it. I can't imagine if professionalism means anything for this particular employee, or if she understands it is a serious matter to mess up with a customer's profile without the customer knowing. But I am waiting for the result of the investigation on this matter and have reported this event to BMO headquarter. How can anyone trust a bank who allows their employee to change customer's account for revenge, especially when this person has access to your bank info and personal info!

I had a problem with something and the bank fixed it immediately. I left a bad review but I would also say that everyone in the comment is whoβ€˜s problem has fixed should write something good. If we write in the review section when something bad happens then we should also write good if they have a good service.

Just a terrible branch. I won't name the "banker" I was dealing with, but incompetent would be a complement. Just wanted to file a request to cancel a product, but it look over a month to get a callback and documents processed. As of now, this issue is still outstanding. I asked the "banker" about the delays, and he said that with people quitting, there's an unavoidable backlog. No wonder everybody banks at TD or RBC.
