M	Michael Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, we trying to paid off a vehicle loan in full and the Lady name Sharon was not helpful in helping us throughout the process of paying off the loan, its not a small number and the attitude coming from her is ignorant and bad, just because we are immigrant that does not give her any right to be so rude to us, very disappointed by this service, will never recommend anyone to go to this branch

I am amazed of the excellent service from booking an appointment up to the time that we were heading out of the door. Who would pay attention to a 6yo willing to empty out his piggy bank so he could buy a house when he is grown up? Jody's patience and enthusiasm in dealing with a young customer was super amazing. Even the lady at the counter (I forgot the name, sorry!) who patiently counted the change...I am super impressed. I asked about his plan to buy a house in the future as we drove off and this was my son's words, “Mom , the most important things are actually two. You save money to buy your house and you save money to give to the Church. The money you give to the Church will go to the poor and homeless so they can also have a house. Then they will not be cold and hungry.” I must admit, my eyes welled up. And yes, I had goosebumps. Thank you First Calgary Financial for making my son's dream happen. He is looking forward to helping out at home so he could get monetary rewards and go back to your place to empty out his piggy bank once again.

Lots of turnover and staff that never respond including the branch manger. Contemplating switching branches or pulling everything out and going to a different financial institution. Very disappointing

She listened and had compassion for my current life circumstance and helped me out with what I needed help with. I worked at TD and they would have NEVER done what she did for me and they are a much richer company. Ditch the top 5 and come here. They actually care. Really happy to see they're the same if not better than first Calgary was in terms of caring for their customers and community. Thank you connect first!
